Good quality at reasonable prices. I have bought several outdoor chairs at The Somerville store. They have been through our rough weather for many seasons and are still in great shape. Also should mention helpful staff.

The Bookcase Factory Outlet was incredible! I came in on a Friday morning to the Watertown store seeking an unfinished bookshelf in a rather uncommon size. The woman who was working there did not carry it in the wood that I wanted, but she called the Somerville store and confirmed that they did have it. I made the drive to Somerville, and the man was waiting for me with the bookshelf. He helped me load it into the trunk of my car, and I had a parking spot right in front of the shop. It was exactly what I was looking for. When I got home and put it into the room, I immediately called the Watertown store to order another bookshelf. They were incredibly helpful and kind. Happy to support a family run business like this place! Doesn't hurt that they have such high quality products either

Buyer beware: If you plan to order radiator covers, make certain you check and recheck your measurements, then check again. The measurements you provide this vendor may be altered by the vendor when placing your order based upon the vendor's method for measuring. Also, be certain to get a guarantee that the final product will actually match the measurements agreed upon when placing the order. When my final product was delivered and I installed it, the measurement was off by 1.5 inches which completely changed the floorplan I had designed for a small bedroom. This vendor actually said " what difference does it make" when I brought the error to the vendor's attention.
