My husband and I were searching endlessly for the perfect modern sectional. Our search finally ended when we met Michael on our first visit to Italian Design Interiors. We went into the store to look at one particular sofa, but through Michael's knowledge and guidance, we placed an order for something very unlike what we originally had in mind...and it is PERFECT! We couldn't be happier with the look, feel and quality of our Natuzzi sectional. IDI has a beautiful and large selection of modern furniture and Michael has deep knowledge about his products and the industry. All in all, it was a wonderful and smooth experience.

“Every little detail” That sums up our experience with Italian Design. Quality,Fashion that you can live with and one stop shopping for every room in the house. The ability of custom furniture to fit all of our needs. On a personal experience we trusted Italian Designs with the entire project including lighting and even though the are a Boston based company they installed everything for us in Florida nothing was given to a second party. There are a few companies in the greater Boston area that sell similar products but it is the management and staff at Italian Design that won us over. “It’s all about the details”

Italian Design Interiors delivers products as promised regarding lead time, quality of the products, and budget wise. Micheal and Katya are very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They patiently guided us in the designing process for the products that fit our home, our budget and then deliver them way ahead of the promised time.We ordered the family sofa and chair in 2022 and went back to order the 3 display cabinets for the dining and family rooms, and furniture for the master bed together with the bookshelves, which were delivered one month ahead of the schedule. We completely trust them to deliver and install install in several months. We wished we had known Italian Design Interior first before contacting other companies that were real disappointments to us during this process. To provide the best fit for our closets, Katya went out 3 times to get the right measurements of the walking closets for the Italian designers in Italy.It is not that she did not get the first time, it is due to the unfortunately slanted framing of the so many spaces that causes the designer’s questions to be confirmed.Michael is always patient and knowledgeable. He guided us thoroughly in the designing process to get what we really wanted. The products are exactly what are in the website, but fit perfectly in our home, and the the cost is nearly half of what other companies here proposed.Honesty, reliability, cost effectiveness, trustworthy, expertise in the field- we are happy and satisfied with Italian Design Interior.

Great collection of contemporary, high-quality furniture. After our first business with Michael on purchasing the Natuzzi recliner sofa, we purchased dining table, dining chairs, and coffee table as well based on the quality of the product AND service we experienced. I highly appreciate their prompt communication, professional delivery/service, and most importantly, great products. Highly recommend visiting the showroom (vs. website) to check out products in-person and get professional assistance from the staff.

These guys are amazing. If you are looking for an outstanding furniture shopping experience, look no further than Italian Design Interiors. In addition to being the home of Natuzzi Italia in Boston, their vast selection includes many other high end brands, such as Cattelan Italia (a personal favorite). We have been working with Michael for a couple of years furnishing our homes in MA and FL. From day one, we were impressed with the attentiveness and with the level of expertise in design that Michael and his staff provide. Every visit we feel welcomed to discuss our ideas, are offered knowledgeable and honest input, and never feel rushed into making any decisions. You can tell that Michael loves what he does, and he will definitely go the extra mile to assure that you leave satisfied and confident with your choices. The delivery has always been perfect: timely and seamless. Both in MA and in FL the delivery teams have been extremely professional. We are looking forward to placing our next order with them!

Bought the coffee table, find it doesn't fit my living room, too small, too short, call the store second day trying to exchange bigger one or refund, they refused, I wouldn't suggest buy any furniture at this store.

I'm loving my new Cattalan Italia loft bookcase. It is stylish, solidly built, and the walnut veneer is beautiful. Assembly was quick as well. Everything about the way the bookcase was designed, built, and packaged shows careful attention.Michael of Italian Design Interiors assisted me with the order to be shipped to my home in Michigan. The bookcase was such as distinctive design that I was willing to work with someone halfway across the country to get it. I appreciate his honesty in estimating the Covid-related delays (something his competitor was less forthcoming about). The delivery occurred when promised. The bookcase is definitely worth the wait.

We are delighted with our Natuzzi purchase from Italian Design Interiors! Michael is a genius and saved us so much headache after months of searching on our own. We were furnishing a small room with a challenging layout, and he created the design and options based on our preferences. He has an eye for color and scale and is wonderful to work with. You don't see this level of expertise and professionalism in your typical furniture store, but you will at IDI. I also highly recommend the White Glove delivery option; for a little extra money, you receive a flawless delivery and setup in the room. Priceless!

Great furniture. Just don't have it break on you. Or have that power reclining mechanism fail. They outsource repairs to Guardsman Furniture Repair and if you take a look at any of THEIR reviews on yelp or google you will be quite dismayed.
