So tired of their shoppers marking things as sold out and then my Personal care assistant goes to the same store the same day and finds the item. I'm a disabled person and I need my care hours for other things. I pay a luxury price not only each item but pay y'all a fee and the shopper a tip. The customer pays plenty so pay your shoppers enough so they'll actually care about your customers.Like this is happening every single time we shop from a place that uses peapod. It's not okay. Your customers deserve better. I can't wait until there's more competition in business so y'all will be forced to up your game and care about keeping your customers.

Even though I was a little bit frustrated about some of the BBD's from the dairy DEPT (i.e. Yogurts) being a little small, hey at least I spoke up to my Supervisor.Ditto for the water mess from TUES being cleaned up to help avert a major slip 'n fall hazard. Yikes!Anyway, Thanks for reading my above thoughts & have a great rest of the day.Beth

Their on-time delivery is extremely unreliable. I order from them weekly and they run late about 85% of the time. I'm not talking minutes, I'm talking hours. It's frustrating that you plan on a delivery, structure your day around it, and they don't meet their agreement.

Poorly-run. User interface is awful and half the items you try to purchase are out of stock. It's seriously faster to just risk it and drive to a store.

I came a few minutes before you closed and you had already locked your doors. I only needed a gallon of milk. Had I known about your "best practices" I would have gone to Shaw's next door, where they appear to value patronage more than you. Sadly, they are closed now too. Even though I have to drive to a ghetto 24-hour CVS a town over to get my gallon of milk, know that I care enough to pull over in a random parking lot on the way to angrily smash-type this yelp review.

I have been a customer for many years. Now it seems that I cannot use their service unless I apply for a Stop and Shop card. I dont want another card. I called customer service and waited for 15 minutes with no one answering. Very disappointed. I am closing my account and researching a different service.

The bakery department is awful. Most of the items have been previously frozen and some items repackaged with a future expiration date. I bought a four package of cannolis and the packaged date was the same date I went to the store. When I got home the cannolis shells where soft, indicating that they been sitting around and the filling had gone sour. This is a gimmick many grocery stores use, unfortunately, having worked for a grocery store in the past.

If you are looking to work at this stop and shop, it is a huge mistake, the store manager Ken McGuiness is extremely disrespectful to most of his employees and doesn't appreciate what the front end does at all, the CDHs are also really disorganized. Wouldn't work here again.

An employee named Hardeep went above and beyond, he is truly an amazing employee!! He got me a cake after closing because of different hours do to Covid it made my friends birthday and my night you need more hero’s like this guy!!! Thank you again hardeep!

You are showing SOLD OUT for every time slot for the next week and a half. I did all my shopping and only then realized it couldn’t be delivered. Why not post this fact on the front of the PeaPod page? Very frustrating.
