I had an excellent experience at the Ford dealership service department in Watertown. I brought in my Ford Escape for an issue with the keyless entry, and the team was extremely helpful from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done correctly.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their honesty and the high-quality service they provided.
Thank you to the Watertown Ford service team for taking great care of my Escape—highly recommended!

**Caution Against This Establishment**
We entrusted our pickup truck to be towed for servicing on a Friday afternoon, only to discover four days later that it had not even been inspected. We were informed that their schedule was fully booked until late October and that there was a lack of available personnel.
Any reasonable person would recognize that if their schedule is booked so far in advance, it would be imprudent to advise a customer to bring their vehicle to the establishment when it cannot be serviced promptly.
Where is the level of customer service?
This experience proved to be more of an inconvenience than a benefit. Consequently, we are now compelled to have our vehicle transported to a different Ford dealership, resulting in a four-day delay. Such poor customer service is unacceptable. How does this establishment remain operational?

Great experience purchasing a new Lightning XLT from Patrick and his team. Seamless process transferring the vehicle I wanted from another dealership farther away, great communication throughout the process and very patient going over details and educating me on leasing and EV charging. Even bundled all the documents needed for the state rebate and emailed them after purchase.
I had a Z-Plan discount so I didn't haggle and can't speak to pricing, but they made sure to get me all the available rebates from Ford and save me as much as possible.

Watertown Ford was amazing - in particular Patrick and Bill. Smoothest and cleanest process I've ever gone through. They were the most most genuine, upfront and honest I've ever worked with. I'll definitely buy Ford again, and it'll only be from them.

I've purchased a few cars over the years and I can safely say that the car buying experience was #1 - the negotiation, paperwork and delivery were just easy, so I appreciate it. Very clear communication, no haggling and I felt like I got a very good price for my car.

We took our 2024 Escape to Watertown Ford for service. The check engine light had come on at under 7,000 miles and the code indicated a spark plug issue. The check engine light came on again at 9,000 miles. We found out from the second dealership that Watertown had cleaned the spark plug but didn't replace it and apparently didn't investigate why a plug would foul on a new car.
Turns out coolant is leaking into the cylinder and we need a new motor. Also turns out this is a known problem that the second dealership diagnosed quickly.
It's bad enough that the car is a lemon but there is no excuse for incompetent service on top of that.

My experience buying a new Mustang through Watertown Ford was definitely positive. Patrick was very responsive and trustworthy helping me through the entire process, from scheduling a test drive, then ordering my car, answering questions along the way until the car was delivered, and then finalizing the sale and handing me the keys to the car. I drove away feeling excited with my new car, and also very satisfied with the final price I paid, which ended up being less than the original quoted price because of the Ford employee pricing promotion. Thank you Watertown Ford, and especially Patrick and Luis (who familiarized me with the car's features).

Patrick and Tim were an incredible team—supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help from the very beginning of my truck-buying journey through to the final handoff. At no point did I feel pressured, and they listened carefully to what I was looking for. They ended up finding me the perfect F-150 with all the options I wanted. We went in ready to buy a car (Mustang Mach e). We test drove, and that was fine and we liked the car,
but then the sales representative was completely uninterested in selling us a car. Did not even offer us a seat to talk,we had to ask. Eventually it was clear he was not serious and we left.
