Go somewhere else for glass repair!
After Safelite replaced my windshield - the newly-installed rubber strip that goes around the glass flew off my car on the highway. When I called to have it fixed, they said they didn’t have the part and it would be two weeks before they could get it. Bad workmanship, bad service!

I recently had a windshield repair done at Safelite and I can't praise them enough. From the moment I arrived, their team was incredibly welcoming and professional. The entire process was seamless and I felt confident in their expertise. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone in need of a windshield repair or replacement. Their excellent service, skilled technicians left a lasting impression.
If you are like me and are hesitant because of the low ratings, don’t be and give them a try.

Terrible experience, again. First appointment was rescheduled because they didn't have the glass. Second appointment they simply didn't show up and when I called I was informed that repair needed to happen in shop, not at my home, and it was mis-scheduled, leading to yet another rescheduling and delay. Incompetent, irresponsible, abysmal service.

Had a small chip from a rock and made an appointment the next morning to get it fixed. They had it done in an hour and everyone there was so kind. Lawrence at the front desk was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable and I appreciated the disclaimers of what could go wrong upfront. My technician did a great job, and I even had another employee ask if I had coffee creamer and sugar when he saw me at the keurig machine making a drink. The chip seems fixed and I really appreciate the fact if I needed to do a replacement instead they will take the cost of the repair off of the replacement. As a RI resident who was visiting for the weekend, they took my anxiety and immediately mended it. I totally recommend this shop and company as a whole! Absolutely zero complaints!!!
Edit: another rock ended up totally cracking my windshield (totally unrelated). I once again had the best experience this time with a replace/recalibration. While I hope I don't have to go back for a while, you guys are still the best!

Awful service, awful management, awful employee training. Scheduled an appointment for windshield replacement two weeks ago and arrived to learn they didn't have the windshield in stock. Scheduled another appointment for today and confirmed in advance that they had the windshield -- and again they didn't have it in stock. At this point, even if they had the right windshield in stock, I wouldn't trust them to do the job right.

Scheduled an appointment, received a confirmation via text and email. Tech did not show up and customer service would only tell me that they will text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Tech showed up a week later and was upset that I was not available.

Cancel appointments without notice. Customer service straight out lie about inventory and appointment availability. You can never get a hold of them on the phone.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with them Despite booking an appointment and receiving a confirmation text, I was informed upon arrival that the windshield was not available and my appointment didn’t exist . This was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.
After taking a new appointment finally I got the windshield replaced, however I noticed a significant gap on the bottom side, indicating a poor installation. Additionally, the inside rearview mirror and camera shield were not properly reattached, causing them to fall off the same day.

This was one of the smoothest service repairs I've experienced in my years of driving. Safelite confirmed the appointment, started on time and finished early. Also, the customer service from the technician and the administrative assistant was superb.
Finally, the new glass was perfectly installed and was so clear I almost thought I was driving without a windshield initially. Job well done.

Scheduled appointment weeks out, I brought it in and an hour later they called back saying they don’t have a part in stock to replace the window.
I go back to retrieve it, and half my window is now cracked. They were supposed to leave my tesla keycard in the car, but it is nowhere to be found and impossible to get a hold of them. Avoid at all costs!

I received an appointment for the next day; to replace my cracked windshield. Spotlessly-clean customer waiting room with armchairs and rolling desks. Immaculately-clean accessible restrooms; for men and women. Meticulous work; completed in only 60 minutes.

They replaced windshield on Ford mustang, GT and damaged camera system. Camera was totally detached from the windshield and car used to give a camera error. When I for them to reorder the part they told me that they will send the technician to fix it (glue it back).

Only insurance approved option for me. Although I was very disappointed that they could not provide mobile service and had to wait a week for them to get trim pieces after making the appointment.
