Very polite, professional and really nice people and place. They installed a subwoofer that audi was going to charge $800 for free. The guy was very honest that it wouldn't even take him 20mins to install and set up, since it was just a couple of screws and programming. That saved me $800. Thanks so iNNovative concepts.
