I went here for an oil change and state inspection and Cassie was great about getting me checked in and keeping me updated. So far so good with experiences here. I didn't get any shady upsell vibes here like I've gotten at other places (especially being a woman) so I really respect that. Thank you!

Any time I have gone to LIA Toyota in Wilbraham I have had nothing but great service. With the way these days have been with no place having enough staff and with wait times, I am fully pleased with the communication and friendliness of the staff at LIA.
