Incredible location for the price!! A short walk to town/ferry makes this a great value. Rooms were comfortable and spartan but perfectly fine.
Nearby activities: Bike trail head nearby on an absolutely stunning ride (got thru the marshes — it’s worth it)!
Walkability: Just a stroll to town where you can experience all of the restaurants and shops.

Really cute and cozy hotel, perfectly located near the main street of Woods Hole. Rooms were lovely, staff was nice. An unfussy atmosphere with a luxurious attention to detail. A fresh take on a motel, with beautiful outdoor areas, as well as easy access to Woods Hole.

My sister and I went on a girls trip to Cape Cod and I could not be happier we decided to stay here. I think they recently renovated and it looks so nice. The room was cozy, so clean, and in a perfect location. Would love to stay here again.

I arrived early for my reservation, was denied access to their lobby because they were on a zoom meeting... not the most hospitable lodge. Room was clean except hair in the shower from someone else and the couch had dirt stains. Coffee maker in room hadn't been cleaned, lobby wasn't even open this morning at 745 for hot coffee. Location is great though. I would still find another option if I could redo my stay, not worth the price in my opinion.

Stayed in a “Canopy Deluxe Room” for a week. Super comfy, extremely clean, very welcoming but low key if you don’t want to socialize. The ferry is literally right down the road.

Super cute hotel within walking distance to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We stayed one night while exploring MV for a day. Staff was super friendly and set up the fire pit for us to light when we got back from the ferry!! Clean rooms and comfy beds! Overall great experience

Stayed in the Pavilion with two of my friends. Room was very spacious and large enough to accommodate a family. It was very clean and earthy, but what I really liked most about my stay was the staff. Everyone at the front desk I interacted with was so friendly, particularly Amanda and Lashonda (sp). I received check in texts from the front desk welcoming me and asking for any requests, and I even received complimentary rides to and from Woods Hole ferry which I wasn't expecting. This location is in walking or biking distance to the ferry port, and very convenient with parking. I would highly recommend and stay here again !

First, I will commend this place on excellent staff and being a great last minute accommodation. I was shocked we were able to get in during the summer on a weekend and it’s a good location to be near Woods Hole, Falmouth, and the ferry to Martha’s Vinyard. The room was clean and decorated preciously.
The BIG reason I give 2 stars is that it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. For $270 night I was shocked the mattress and bedding was so remarkably bad. I hate to be a complainer, but it was really awful. I didn’t get any sleep for the two nights we stayed there.
Knowing that, I would not recommend here if you appreciate a good nights rest. If you just need a shower and safe place for your belongings, go ahead!

Great location. So close to Woods Hole town center and the beginning of the Shining Sea bikepath! The complementary rental bikes worked great. Staff was friendly. The hotel grounds were quiet and well maintained. Cornhole was nice to have onsite, we played a few rounds. Room was clean and updated. The beds were comfy but I wish I had brought my own pillow- too fluffy for my taste. Another downfall was that we could hear the upstairs guests walking around and that the porch light stayed on all night and was quite bright. We looked everywhere for a switch to turn it off but couldn't find one. Aside from that it was a really nice stay.

Easy location to get to from Providence, RI. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The beach is a short distance away and local restaurants and shops are also near by. There is one convenience store not too far away.
The room was super clean and the AC was perfect. However, the bed was really hard, I couldn’t sleep well. Other than that, it’s great!
