This is about Quest in general. Had a doctor appointment and was sent upstairs to have some blood drawn. Opened the door and saw 5 people in chairs and 2 people trying to check in with their silly McDonald's kiosk. Since it didn't look very under control I decided to go across to Hahnemann hospital for an x-ray. Got back to Quest about a half hour later and all but one of the people from my first visit were still there plus 2 more trying to check in. Having spent a long time at my doctor's (running 45 minutes late) I didn't want to waste another hour or more trying to get blood drawn. I remembered there was a Quest office where my previous doctor had been in Spencer so I decided to head out there. I was happy with my decision because there was nobody there and I should be out in 5 minutes. Then, the woman, who had nobody else in sight to service, told me that she could only take people who were patients of the doctors in that office. I'm 72 and in all that time I've never before encountered a business intentionally trying to do LESS business. Too bad Quest seems to be the the blood choice most of us are stuck with. I wish zero stars was an option.

On 9/25/23 at 0845, I had arrived 10 min before scheduled time as instructed, and was met by a loud and rude employee who claims she was not ready and hadn't set up. The employee that did my drug screen was interrupted by the loud employee as they were loudly announcing another patient's blood pressure and making fun of it. No respect, no privacy. I will be forwarding my complaint to the BBB and state ethics commission.

Don’t bother calling. It is completely impossible to reach a person. Customer service is a solid zero.

Scheduled an appointment for covid testing, never got my results back and was never told why. Horrible customer support as well, all robots or pre recorded messages.

My experience at this lab was 100% different from my prior experience at the Marlborough location. My technician was kind, efficient, and on time with taking my blood for a glucose tolerance test. It was worth the drive!

I had Very good experience at this facility in Worcester today(Feb 14 11:00am appointment), very kind, very quick and very professional staff here. After Very bad experience at Framingham center, i went to Worcester from Marlborough. IWould strongly recommend going here rather than wasting your time at Quest in Framingham, staff at Framingham location are very unprofessional, very rude and never accept patients even with appointments which is insane.

I don't understand why all these comments are so bad. First time I went there with my daughter they were both extremely helpful. Easy and quickly out the door.

What's the point of making an appt if I'm still waiting way past that time... this is the 3rd crappy experience I've had with 3 different QD locations. If there was another option to go do this blood work at, I would NEVER come back. Not to mention the fact that EVERYTHING here is automated. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone at all about anything! The appt setting is all automated and therefore has no idea when they take lunch, so my 2nd appt was booked when they were leaving to go to lunch. I ended up waiting 3 hours before I just had to leave bc I had to go to work! The first time I tried to get this done I looked online and it said the walk-in wait time was 14 mins and they close at 3pm. I got there at 2:15 and was turned away bc they don't take people after 2pm... why wouldn't it say this online instead of misleading people and wasting their time and gas to go up there? I'm now on my THIRD try and had an appt at 1pm and am ssttiill waiting in the frickin waiting room. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER return!

The low ratings had me a little worried, but the place was quite nice. The staff were very courteous and the place was clean and pleasant. There was public parking directly next to the building. I would not hesitate to recommend the location.

My appointment was at 7:45am. I was in my car driving away at 7:41! Awesome people and the best blood draw ever! Never felt a thing! Thanks Quest!

We use this facility often, one of our new hires who is probably one of the most polite and kind individuals you could meet was met with a rude and angry staff member on 7/28 in the afternoon. Our employee was shaken to the point where they called to apologize because they blamed themselves for the traumatic event. They feared for their job in a time where jobs are not readily available. I do not tolerate rudeness or fear inducing behavior in public. This is a sensitive facility where everyone should be treated with respect regardless of their race, faith or appearance. I will be submitting a report to the BBB and the Enforcement Division with the State Ethics Commission. Good Day.

At approximately 10am on July 2, a Quest Diagnostics Phlebotomist had my father in law summoned in a rush by wheelchair to bring him to the woodworking shop to meet a Quest Phlebotomist at The Willows at Worcester His home health aide complied and brought him to the Phlebotomist. She insisted on taking his blood. He did not have a doctor’s order for a test or an appointment. He is unable to care for himself and his very experienced home health aide informed her that she would not allow it because it must be a mistake. The Phlebotomist insisted she was there to see him despite the fact his name did not match her paperwork and asked what his birthday was and when it did not match what was on her records, she insisted my father-in- law and his aide were wrong about his birthday and that she proceed with the illegal blood draw. The Phlebotomist was in a rush and would not listen. The aide called the front desk to see why the Phlebotomist requested my father-in-law to come down. The Front desk said that the Phlebotomist was here to see a different resident not him. The Phlebotomist did not do proper patient verification, did not appear to care, and did not apologize but complained to the health aide that she should not have intervened and wasted her time. This is outrageous. Ignoring name verication and birthdate verification and no apology. The aide seems more interest in performing billable work than doing the right thing.

Came for a simple drug test for work and they were friendly and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Had protocol to minimize contact due to Covid-19.
