Was there to watch my daughters Great Grandma and Grandma jump. The instructors was very friendly and knowledgeable. They wanted to make sure every question you had was answered before you got your gear on. Very professional

Unbelievable experience! From our arrival at the airport until we left, the staff at Allegan Skydiving were friendly and reassuring. Jumping out of an airplane, one of the last items on my bucket list, was amazing! If it's on your bucket list, do it! And Allegan Skydiving is the place to go. My whole family (all 19 of them) came to watch Boppa do something he's been wanting to do for a very long time. Thanks, Dennis and Allegan Skydiving for making it all possible!

Surreal experience and I’m really glad my first time skydiving was here. For date night, my husband hinted we’d have a “Go Fast” Saturday. Unbeknownst to me, we pulled up to Skydive Allegan. For context, I’m a nervous Nelly - I’m scared of rollercoasters, heights, bugs, you name it. Excited, nervous, not entirely sure what I’m getting myself into, I sucked it up and got out of the car. The staff at Skydive Allegan really put my mind my ease. It felt like a tight knit community there. Everyone was friendly, chill, and seemed to really enjoy what they do. Even the plane ride was fun with everyone goofing around. My instructor, Emory was easy to talk to and I felt instantly comfortable around him. Just an all around happy, enthusiastic guy. Made the experience beyond what I could’ve imagined. My husband mentioned he really liked his tandem buddy Dennis as well. Dennis was insightful, easygoing and a great instructor. 10/10 would recommend. They really know how to make newbies feel not so new.PS. Book it for sunset! Beautiful views with the orange sky hitting the lake just right.

Safe, professional, friendly, and fun. This place checks all the boxes. Skydive Allegan gave me the whole spectrum of the drop zone experience from tandem customer to student to sport jumper.The emphasis on safety has been unwavering each time I have been a customer. Each decision and action is very calculated to ensure that every experience is a safe experience.The staff are courteous, respectful, and friendly. The culture is welcoming and inclusive, regardless of your background or experience. From the first moments of arriving for the first time, I felt like I was part of the family. The whole team is fair, respectful, and a delight to be around.If you are looking for a fun experience, whether it is a one time skydiving adventure or progressing further in the sport, there is something for everyone here. This is the place to make memories, learn and grow, and meet new friends.

I took my brother to Skydive Allegan for is 24th birthday because it’s always something he wanted to do but I was TERRIFIED and was ready to jump out of the plane and be back on the ground before I even got there…However, the entire team at Skydive Allegan was AMAZING. I was walked through the process 4 or 5 times at least before we went up and then a few more in the plane! The instructors were Emory and Bryan and they were truly terrific! Will I jump again? To be determined..but I would definitely recommend going here! Great & safe atmosphere and even better people!

Was very nervous approaching the jump. But once I could comprehend what was happening, it was surreal. Emory was an awesome guide through the whole experience and I wouldn’t have wanted my first experience to be any other way!

For me this location is a NO. I just didn't like it from my experience. When I was studying i was a part of skydiving club. It was my 4 years of plan and I finally had sufficient budget to sign up for course.Reasons:1. Phones not reachable and GPS location coordinates are not accurate when I visited first time.2. Felt Scared, I had emergency landing my parachute had to cut off in my first jump due to equipment malfunction. Didn't had fun instead scared of skydiving. But thanks for Bryan my instructor handled it well.3. Plan for delay, No weather updates will be provided and don't consider calender timings as they go by first come first serve4. Everything is non-refundable so call and check with them, I would recommend paying by visiting at location on day. This is a community or a skydiving club often they should have plenty of slots. I mean it's not a busy place5. Personally English is not my first language. Short staffed they provide limited information. They don't provide information we need ask everything6. Not a great scenery it is just flat land7. Tandems are little expensive avg by 50$ to 60$8. I went to sign up for skydiving license course the costs for jumps are hard to understand and staff doesn't explain costs properly. I understand it depends on jumps we do though.9. Note to staff, please smile and it is OK to talk clearly sometimes people has 1000s of doubtsI am just not satisfied from my jump instead scared a liitle bit. And not too super trust worthy on equipment.But still I payed 150$ to continue my license with them right after the disaster jump. In my 2nd class I am late by 45mins due to commute from different city. They asked me to pay again. I requested to give it as a credit and sign me up for the next class but they are very rigid with non-refund policies. I was told by manager "we are not profitable business and " but problem is "I have a limited budget". They need to understand to attract people especially businesses like this runs on "word of mouth". Being little flexible in terms of money and time makes customer happy. I am here to escape from work pressure and skydiving is very rear sport in my country. I felt, if I continue here it will be time and money punishments.But, the people who visit there are sweet and instructors are fun.A tip: If you are first time skydiving just know your instructor and follow them they are super helpful.Replay to owner: You are right, I have much time for review you know life is uncertain who expects low charge in car and had to jump start motorcycle. After all everyone comes for fun. Just be very flexible just with students. Loss shouldn't be gain in business ?. Moreover customer need to satisfy. Definitely 498$ I spent is not justified and is the reason behind bad review. Delayed flight, failure parachute. I am late by 45mins in 4 hour class and didn't let me continue the other 3 hours. As my friend said "Skydiving is amazing where we do is important".

I'm hooked now, can't wait to get my bonus check from work and sign up for a class. If you haven't tried skydiving before but you want to this is the place to do it. The instructor made me laugh right before he threw us out of a plane. Great experience.

I went to support my sister and a friend who wanted to skydive. After speaking with the staff, I decided to jump with them and they helped me overcome my fear of heights. A special thanks to Emmory for encouraging me and making it a great experience!

Skydiving was the most amazing experience of my life. Did 7 jumps here and have no complaints. I would highly recommend to anyone to do tandem jump at Skydive Allegan. The staff keep you safe and secure and make sure you have a fun and rewarding experience as well.

Love the experience had a amazing time jumped last year. Bart was my instructor had a great time. Very knowledgeable felt welcomed and safe will definitely return. Good communication jump got first cancelled rebooked for different day then clouds cleard up ended up going no rescheduled needed. Keep up the good work.
