100% recommend. Super fast service, no need to leave the car. Great rates. Always kind and professional and never patronizing.They always show oil levels and color after a change. Any additional services they offer they explain the level of need and provide actual advice and don't simply try to upsell. (Air filter is due but looks fine? They'll tell you.) I never go anywhere else if I can avoid it.

I always get my oil changed here, but I just had my front and rear brakes done here and they were FAST AND the best deal in town.

If you’re female DONT GO HERE! Tried talking to me like I’m stupid when I went behalf on a friend. Charged $50 for 4.5 liters of synthetic Mobil 1 oil (which is only like $40 from the store AND I know auto stores get bulk discount) despite having a charge for $32.99 for 4.5 liters of oil. I talked to them in person stating they gave the choice of oil and I stated she wanted regular oil and they went back on their word stating they didn’t give the option due to her car ONLY using 0w-20. I have looked it up in the manual, on the internet. The recommended oil it 5w-30. They basically gave us a ghost charge and wouldn’t help me understand how a $60 oil change cost $105. They kept repeating themselves. Never going there again.

Great service and pricing, they don’t try to hard sell you on a bunch of things which is rare these days at oil change places. So happy to see the new location on the Carpenter!

I love this place! Every time I’ve gone, they’ve been done in about 20 minutes. I’ve never had to wait and they give me a first responders discount. The vibe in this place is great and they don’t try to oversell or push extra services.

This is my favorite place to get an oil change in Ann Arbor. If you haven’t been then your missing out. It’s fast, affordable, friendly and professional. They never try to hassle me to buy things I don’t need. I’ve tried others and this is the only place I will go. They also do a fabulous job on brakes, best price in town! This place is great. I've been coming to choice quick lube for a few years now since moving to ann arbor. I've always dealt with Al he is the manager on duty and is always there when I need something done. God bless that man. Been going here for years. They had several great guys doing work, but they are gone now and the new guys did a hack job. They stripped out the screws for my air dam, then claimed they were rusted- they were not as I did some work there myself recently. Then they used an impact to retap bigger screws ruining the air dam attachments. Got home and the oil looked dirty, didn't seem changed. After this many years, I am really disappointed.Service: Oil change

The worker that arrived late smelled like pot, was off by 50k miles on my tag, threw away the cap to my windshield washer fluid and filled it with water which is now frozen. The guy who arrived on time was very nice, but he worked on someone elses vehicle.

Best place to get your car done very professional, knows what they are doing especially, Al took his time to make sure the brakes and rotors were done right. Great price and oil prices are cheaper then other business around. Will be going back.Services: Oil change
