Had another great experience at Choice Quick lube. Vince and his team are highly-qualified, honest, and customer focused. They always go above and beyond. My kids and I have stopped in to get fluids topped off, air in tires, under engine sheilds reattached, all for no cost. Who does that? This isn't just an oil change place. They are a full service mechanic. Over the years, they've dealt with AC issues, suspensions, brakes, radiators, and even repairs to my Audi transmission!!! Just an all around great experience!

This is the best oil change in Ann Arbor. The staff is great, the manager/owner is great, and everybody cares. I have never gotten the vibe that I’m being scammed or taken advantage of and this is literally the only place I can say I feel this way about. They are good people here.Services: Tires

I have been here several times and always had a good experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. They never pressure you to spend money on things you don't need like a lot of other places I have taken my car. Would heavily recommend this establishment.

100% recommend. Super fast service, no need to leave the car. Great rates. Always kind and professional and never patronizing.They always show oil levels and color after a change. Any additional services they offer they explain the level of need and provide actual advice and don't simply try to upsell. (Air filter is due but looks fine? They'll tell you.) I never go anywhere else if I can avoid it.

I always get my oil changed here, but I just had my front and rear brakes done here and they were FAST AND the best deal in town.

If you’re female DONT GO HERE! Tried talking to me like I’m stupid when I went behalf on a friend. Charged $50 for 4.5 liters of synthetic Mobil 1 oil (which is only like $40 from the store AND I know auto stores get bulk discount) despite having a charge for $32.99 for 4.5 liters of oil. I talked to them in person stating they gave the choice of oil and I stated she wanted regular oil and they went back on their word stating they didn’t give the option due to her car ONLY using 0w-20. I have looked it up in the manual, on the internet. The recommended oil it 5w-30. They basically gave us a ghost charge and wouldn’t help me understand how a $60 oil change cost $105. They kept repeating themselves. Never going there again.

Another phenomenal visit. The staff are uniformly courteous and helpful. I drive out of my way to go here for my checks because I know I will get such great service. They offer additionals like cabin filter and wiper blades (installed) but no hard sells.

Great service and pricing, they don’t try to hard sell you on a bunch of things which is rare these days at oil change places. So happy to see the new location on the Carpenter!

I love this place! Every time I’ve gone, they’ve been done in about 20 minutes. I’ve never had to wait and they give me a first responders discount. The vibe in this place is great and they don’t try to oversell or push extra services.

The service was fast and courteous. They offered other services, like all the quick-lube places do, but it didn't feel like a hard sell like I've had elsewhere. Good service for the price.
