My spouse bought me some headphones for Christmas. FedEx has admitted that the package was lost. No one is willing to do anything about it, they just keep telling him the same things for the last two weeks. They’ve been investigating, which if you try and check the package and or call FedEx it should easily be noted that we’re never going to receive it. All he’s asking for is the product or his money back and not understanding why that request is so hard. I work as a store manager for a retail store and I’m blown away by how the details are right in front of them and they still refuse to help him. They’re also giving him a hard time because he’s so upset but wouldn’t you also be upset? I don’t like seeing him go through this because he was trying to do something special for me.

I went in on black Friday and saw a lot of employees had there faces buried in there phones and it was very evident that they were just counting the minutes until they got to leave instead of helping customers. When I finally got someone's attention they were really helpful that's why I didn't give a 1 star review.

I called because my sons $300 Beat head phones broke. The head phones are meant to fold and where you fold them is where they broke. I called to see if they had a warranty and could be fixed because it was under a year. The person who answered never even looked or asked of I purchased the best buy protection and I was told I could just buy another pair and hung up on. The person was rude and apparently my problem wasn’t good enough for hiss time. I will never buy from this location again.

I had a rep named Quinton who was the first person to help me and who also looked like he could of been my brother lol but he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the types of headphones and which ones i needed and I appreciate him very much also he helped
