I haven't had to go to a physical bank in over a year, until today. I didn't realize that the lobby was closed due to COVID and that an appointment was required until I showed up. Luckily for me, the branch manager was able to squeeze me in, and both her and the teller that helped me were professional, friendly and safe. It was a good reminder of why I bank with Comerica.

The service is alright I guess it just depends on who is your teller. I keep getting this same teller and she is not approachable. She comes off angry and cold. Belleville has its racist places

Horrible customer service! Their transaction took a while and I was not offered to sit while I waited and they did not apologize for their inconvenience to me with check cashing. The teller was nonchalant and not engaging.
