Had pictures printed and they came out wonderfully. Wanted to point out how incredibly sweet and helpful the older gentlemen was that cashed me out. I believe his name is Robert.

NEVER COME HERE FOR YOUR PHOTOS! I used disposable cameras at my wedding so my pictures would be more candid and have a nostalgic vibe. Majority of my pictures were ruined. I paid for all of these to be printed and put on a disk only to pick up hot garbage. Most of them have finger prints on the photo or they have two pictures collided into one which cuts out the people in the picture. So now I have barely any pictures of my wedding day.

My son and I had flu shots today administered by the new pharmacist, Nissine. I'm scared of needles but she made it seemless and painless. I'm so happy for her addition to the team!

Every time I try to pick up my mom’s prescription that she has been told is ready IS NEVER ready! Asked for store managers number and the pharmacist refused My mom has to go to CVS because of her insurance but I will tell you they are the worst! 11 mile and Coolidge store is horrible!

People who work here are grumpy old ladies specialy the manager and other old lady in the cashier and very Disrespectful!!!!! i can rate O rating on this place!!!! O satisfaction ! They need to get fired and replace with respectful people!!! What a disgrace

Never answers the phone, always passing the buck, never taking responsibility and always giving different answers for why they can't fill a prescription. Guy behind the counter literally said he didn't work there, he just helps on the weekends and to call corporate.

Ur phone communications is horrible. The automated message and prompts only says sorry sorry sorry and doesn’t allow u to push any buttons which makes me have to take an unnecessary drive to see if my scripts have been escripted over pls address and fix

This location at 11 mile and Coolidge Highway is a pretty standard CVS location. The prescription drive-through is pretty convenient when it isn’t backlogged. Usually it’s about a 5 to 15 minute wait depending on the time of day like most CVS is there’s always a pretty big line at the counter. The new self checks have helped with that somewhat, but I don’t know I’ve never been here without like six people in line-it’s weird, even right before close. The folks working here are friendly and helpful. The store is usually pretty well stocked. You can’t beat the convenience of a CVS, that’s for sure.

My mom, who is not ambulatory and has to rely on someone to pick up her scripts as well as everything else, gets most of her prescriptions filled at this Berkley Mi CVS. Today she called at 10:00 am to ask how soon her prescription could be filled because she asked me to pick it up. She was told it wouldn't be ready until 3pm! I'm not sure what is going on or why it takes 4 hours for a long time customer/patient to get one prescription filled, but it's not a great way to keep customers coming back. We are slowly transferring her scripts to Kroger where the longest the wait has been is 30 minutes. I will be contacting the district manager since this isn't the first time this has happened, You would think that people who are part of a persons care team, would maybe find a way to help someone who can't drive and only has so many options for getting her meds picked up would try to be a little compelled to help more. 4 hours is unacceptable, especially when you need someone to pick it up for you. Do better RX team. Big competition out there who already are.

I generally don't have issues with this pharmacy, but the other day I was picking up a prescription inside the store, apparently just before they were closing for lunch. An employee got my prescription but would not ring up the other items I had in my cart. I asked why, since she was already ringing up the medication. She gave me a withering look and said 'Do you not want us to have a lunch break?' I almost laughed because it was absolutely absurd. CVS - do better.

There were 4 conflicting hours signs for the pharmacy, one of which was 1:30pm they would be open from lunch, this was also confirmed by a store employee. Come 1:45pm, I left, while there were employees in the pharmacy, they were not opening the gates.

We had a pleasant experience at CVS. Make sure you get the extra care pass, it's only $5 a month and it's worth it! You get $10 off your purchase and plenty of coupons. And they send you alerts when they're having sales. This store is great!

Extremely disorganized pharmacy. Scheduled a testing appt ahead of time online, arrive and they didn’t have the test scheduled. Waiting in drive thru line over 15 minutes, no resolution.
