Every time I use the ATM at this branch to deposit money the machine eats half or all of my deposit — then I have to call the 1800 number and one time I still have yet to gotten my full amount back from a atm deposit that the machine ate. The people inside the branch are nice but they need to service or get a new ATM. The ATM is so bad I almost want to close my account and go elsewhere what an inconvenience.

The ATM here is horrible --- especially when depositing money into it. Will never use the atm here again! Inside the branch they're nice.

Working here is wasn’t fun, being lead on and treated unfairly wasn’t it! Also they will fire you for no reason, and promote people who make mistakes it’s a shame. Hopefully they find a branch manager that doesnt use favoritism has her power. When you try to proof that your innocent and tell them check the cameras they decline!Also they will defame your character if u go else where. But god sees everything it’s okay!At my new job they know how to treat people with respect and kindness. And they pick on you for being a young manager! Also they will never write up their favorite employees that should be written up! Not worried cause everything comes to the light?

I had a very great experience today at Flagstar bank. I wanted to open an account with certain features and Benjamin Chauvin helped me tremendously. He explained everything to me. He is very passionate about what he does and is very patient with others. His kindness is shown the moment you walk through the door. I had my newborn baby with me in a stroller and he even came out to open the doors and also did it when I was leaving. ( not saying that he had to) but it was just the kind gesture. He even told me about how he helps people fix credit and how I can open my baby an account in the future. So much to say about my experience! I felt my needs were being met and that’s what you need in a bank. Any worries I had he helped clear them for me. He is kind to customers and fellow workers. You can tell he is intelligent and good at what he does! Next time I go in for help I will be asking for Benjamin ?

My wife and I went to the Berkley MI Flagstar Bank branch in order to start a new savings account and take advantage of Flagstar's $200 credit for starting a new account with a certain minimum balance. We also wanted to establish an account in the name of our new trust. The staff there were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Absolutely Beyond poor customer service. Can't even walk in there in the morning and open up a checking account. I would not recommend going here.

The person that helped me open an account was great. The bank account was opened fast but no debit card until it comes in the mail. Other then that. I was and am happy so far.

"Ingrid" in the local branch provided the best customer service I have ever had from a lender. I recently moved to MI and my national lender did not have offices in this area. She fast-tracked a new account set up, funds transfer, and facilitated a wire for my new house. She even called to remind me on the day the wire was to be sent.
