Amazing place to work, you couldn't ask for a more caring and genuine team company and employee team. The support and dedication given to their employees is beyond any company I have been a part of. I cannot express how thankful I am to work for WV and hope to retire here!

The ******** located in ******,****** on *********** is unprofessional. This company only cares about sales no matter how they get them . They commit fraud on customers accounts & lie to new hires so they can do the same not knowing the seriousness. The location is unorganized & dirty . They had 4 Employees working while Covid-19 positive because sales are more important to them than innocent lives being at risk. The store manager knowingly came to work with a positive Covid-19 Result & allowed multiple coworkers contract the virus along with my whole family becoming sick & testing positive. They also allowed their employee to be sexual harassed on the job site for 7 months & no legal actions were taken. Im the only employee that never received a uniform and witnessed someone that wasnt employed for a 1 week receive their uniform before even finishing training but I had disciplinary actions taken towards me for not being in the correct uniform.

We were promised a promo when we switch from sprint to T-Mobile and no one wants to apply the promo. Sprint says T-Mobile should, T-Mobile says sprint should. Meanwhile nothing is being done. Currently in a T-Mobile store being passed between sprint and T-Mobile over the phone. Over two hours…. Do not sign up with this company!

My wife and I were at the T-Mobile store at 18519 Mack Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236 this afternoon trying to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. We were told that it should cost about $90, which we were/are willing to pay. The employees at the store installed a T-Mobile sim card in our phone. After 2 hours we were told to come back with our Verizon Account information. We received an email requiring our signature stating that we agreed to pay $800. This was never disclosed to us. When we went back to the store with the information, we requested something in writing as to the credit we would get for our iPhone 11. The employees said that they couldn't give us anything. We explained that we weren't going to sign an agreement to pay $800 without something in writing telling us the credit we were going to get. They said they couldn't help us. At that point we asked for our Verizon sim card back, they could not/would not produce it and told us to go to a Verizon store and buy a new one. We then asked to speak to a manager and they refused to give us the name of the manager and the woman that seemed to be in charge refused to give us her name. The woman that was seemingly in charge told us that we should have asked more questions during the two hours that it took for this transaction. Unbelievable!!

I have only worked for Wireless Vision for 3 months now, but I can tell you this is the most thorough, family orientated, organized business I have ever worked for!!! From what I can tell, they invest time and energy into All EMPLOYEES! Not only is it a job for me, it is my work family. They have welcomed me with open arms and accepted me for who I am!!! The team is amazing! Great and fun retailers and what makes it even better, their love for the customers! Bending over to make sure each customer is satisfied and happy! Myself, I love getting to know the customer and seeing the smiles on their faces when they get their new phones. Giving them the best customer service that keeps them coming back to our stores. And telling them about WV and how awesome and magical we are!!

Vision “used” to be the place to be. They don’t give semi or annual raises, but they will pay you in high fives when you do good. They refuse to recognize the value of tenured employees and act shocked as to why the turn over rate is what it is. I can push carts at a grocery store for more money and less stress. Even most other T-Mobile retailers are willing to pay upwards of $14 - $16 as long as you have 6 months experience. Wireless Vision would rather you starve than pay a “LIVABLE WAGE”. Absolutely disgusting. Let’s not forget about our low traffic stores, don’t even bother working at those locations. Now I don’t mean to slander Vision, I enjoyed my job and my team while I was there. The work was fun but stressful. But when I realized I could make more taking bottles back every month opposed to the commission, I decided to leave. If you have no experience and want to get your foot in the door for sales - this can be tolerable for you. If your an experienced salesman with motivation, stay far away.
