"Store is messy. Lots of empty phone displays. Piles of paper everywhere. The store strung me along all week for a phone I ordered. Manager said it would be there mid week. No phone. Then I was told Friday . No phone. Manager said it was on the way with ups. When pressed for a Ups tracking number he could not provide one. Stay away from this unprofessional store."

Jon the store manager was more than willing to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with this location. He resolved all my issue with my bills and even got my phone all up to date!"
"I believe one star is way too generous. It's been about 5 or 6 months since we've been paying for a second phone (it was suppose to be BOGO free) An we've been told many different stories about what was going on with our account. We were told our situation was going to be treated as a priority but it's been over a month An it still hasn't been taken care of. The manager never once called us about it. We keep calling An calling but they tell me the manager will take care of it that day An call us but NEVER has yet. It's been a very upsetting, stressful time dealing with this office. I believe the ONLY employee there whose actually been friendly An polite to us was a man named Chase. Everyone else has just been rude an Unpleasant. My fiancé was a customer of AT&T for sober 15 years an he is very upset with how he was treated An how he went from having a consistent bill to it literally flucentuatig to many different prices for the bull every month. They're never consistent. I would advise people be Leary of what this location says they tend to LIE to make sales."
