Oh how many times have we all said "should have read the reviews before I did business with these people"; once again, it has been proven as a true statement. We signed up with this merchant services company thru a old customer (who started working for them). We had many, many equipment issues and after a while it was just ridiculous. So we cancelled our services, had to call 2x times to do that since they didn't cancel it the first time (we never got our info on where to send the equipment back to & that's how we found out they didn't cancel the service the 1st call). Instructions said to send equipment back within 10 days, so we did. That was in Sept. 2023. Never heard anything back from them. Here it is Feb. 2024 and they just took $4,000 out of our checking account. I called to see why, they said they never received the equipment. FIVE MONTHS AFTER WE THOUGHT ALL WAS SAID AND DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE and with NO warning, they deducted $4,000 out of a small family owned business' checking account...as far as we knew, our business was concluded with them. No letter after their 10 day return time saying "hey, we have not received that equipment and if we dont by "such-n-such" date, we will be charging you for it". NOT A WORD. JUST 5 MONTHS LATER they used the checking account info (which they had for our daily deposits when we worked with them) and took $4,000.00 out. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Worst business experience I’ve had yet. Cold callers make it sounds like it’s a square plug in and then give you 3 year contracts with out explaining yearly terms and then make you $350 to break your contract.Don’t use their service, I never sided their product and they cost me greatly.

An agent called me over the phone and offered to replace my system for free and the rates they gave me were so much better than what clover was giving me. Its been a smooth experience.

Scam Business. I ASKED to NOT send me a card reader. They still sent it and I never used it. Now that I have closed the account, they want to Charge me for the card reader or else it will affect my credit. Complete waste of time and money. DO NOT Use this Company for anything!!! One business owner to another these people are not on your side, they just want your money.

North American Bancard is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with my entire life. I wish I have read these reviews before I got stuck with them. They opened and approved the application after their agent called us and promised us lower rates, two weeks later, they closed the account and held over $70,000 for 120 days for possible chargebacks. Worst of all of that, they charge our bank account for every chargeback while holding $70. Also, they don't let us refund any customers or cancel any orders telling us that let the customers dispute the charges. Finally, they are charging us for two payment gateways Authoriz.net and NMI gateway while we were using only NMI gateway. Anyone who got scammed by this company, please file a complaint with the CFPB and they will forward it to the FTC.

SCAM. Fraudulent business. They make money out of stealing! I did everything they asked me to do when I closed my business and they charged me for equipment that according to them they never received!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.This business has to payback all the money they stole.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Same issue as others. Returned the equipment when I sold my business and then over a year later said they never received my equipment and made me pay over $1,100 dollars. If I didn’t pay it, they would put it on my credit report. Tried to contact them to discuss and they refused to budge. Don’t believe the fake responses they reply to each person on here. Don’t fall for this scam! The worst experience I have ever had with a credit card process in my family’s 43 years of business. Don’t even deserve a 1 star!

BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS: This "bank" is the biggest joke and fraud business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After speaking with Regina Foster several times I realized I was going to get no where with all of the excuses she kept giving me for not refunding any of my money for an account I NEVER used, opened and closed the same day in 2019 and have multiple proofs of. We will be seeking a lawyer and will never stop pursuing this until it is resolved. I will continue to warn people on multiple business platforms in regards to this. It feels so completely violating knowing this company is willing to falsely lie to you, send you to collections, charge your account without any authorization and continue to come up with new and unethical "reasons" for why they do what they do.

SCAM! I would rate lower if I could!!! I stopped using these guys back in mid 2022 to switch to one that connected right to my website. I called to cancel, they were totally fine with it and said I just need to return the machine on my cost to the address they provided. Well I did all that and now here they are months later calling me saying I owe them over $500!! They claim I owe $20 a month plus like another $280 in late fees. I will be taking legal action. Contacting my lawyer today!!

I never put bad review for any business before because I do business so I understand how hard to do business. But I’ve had a nightmare with this company. On beginning 2020 my sale agent asked me to switch from Evalon to North American Bankcard(NAB). I trust my sale agent so ok, but then the pandemic happened, my business closed, so I told my agent closed NAB account ( that time I didn’t receive any their machine and used of their service even 1 day yet). My sale agent said he did. But after 2 years, on 2022 NAB sent me to collection that I owed them balance about over thousand( they didn’t close my account and that was a fee for using those months). However, lucky that time my sale agent helped me to clear it out. I thought everything was ok. But now after another year, 2023, they sent me collection that I owed them $1,000.84 because I didn’t return their machine. Hello, that time I didn’t receive any machine and used even 1 day from them. One more time I contacted to my sale agent, he called them, told me the manager named Dean found out the machine sent to someone in another state and said sorry and will clear it out for me. But after a week, I checked out they didn’t update to clear out yet, and also email me a final demand notice going to send me to a collection company if I don’t pay. I’m still fighting with that. They have to prove a proof if they said they sent machine to me and I received it. I hope they give me a reply to clear it out soon as the manager Dean promised. My MID # 3130032424741

Beware, Beware, Beware, this company will lie to you and not explain everything. It was my fault that I signed the THREE long year contract, therefore I am hooked. My mistake as I did not see the $25 minimum monthly fee. Just giving everyone a heads up. If you are looking for a credit card processing company do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They would get a negative 5 star rating if it was available.

I wanna give 0 star, but no choice. STAY AWAY, this company is not trustful. This company never refund/cancel order even after they promised to refund. If you want to get refund, please contact with bank to dispute transaction.
