Stopped by last week with an online return, and the employee was so helpful. The line was long (like 3 people), so another employee came by with a mobile checkout to speed things along. I came back yesterday for some dog toys and found just what I needed. Store is clean and employees were great!

The Byron center store employees are the more self-centered and rudest people I have ever come across, if they were my employees at my restaurant, they would've been fired within a couple of days after being told to shape up if they continued being rude and self-centered towards customers, who can't look in stock rooms for something if not on shelves where it should be, very poor service I will drive to Plainfield Blaine's or Ionia from now on, Byron center is a waste of time anymore

I think his name was Toney? (Not sure), but none the less he was super rude in a sense to myself. He asked me what I was shopping for and I told him dog food, (while I was in the dog food section.) And he recommended I check out the chicken section because chick days are coming up? I'm confused why he would tell me about chicken food when I only have a dog, along with he seemed like he didn't care what I said but more of what he wanted to tell me. Overall, it was very disappointing coming to this tractor supply... I won't be returning.

I’ve called multiple times for different items numerous times and every time I’ve either gotten hung up on I’ve gotten put on an extremely long hold or I’ve gotten told that they cannot give me the item and then I go in store and I can I do not recommend this store. Have had family & friends shop here as well.

Whoever runs the vet clinic has the worst customer service I've ever seen. After waiting for almost 2 hours, the checkin lady (or whatever she is) told me to "get on out of here, we're not gonna serve you" after I asked 1 (one) question. Literally just asked if I was required to give her my home address (I've never been to one of these clinics before, which I told her, so how am I supposed to know it's required?). I was told about this clinic by a coworker and had heard great things, but now I'd rather go to any other vet. That was a waste of time to be rudely told off for asking a question.

The "Manager" Jen was super rude to us. She seemed like she just didn't have the time of day to help us. It wasn't like it was busy also... I think we happened to be the only customers in the store. So I'm not sure why she was so rude to us and came off with a massive attitude... I will not be returning to this store due to her...

5/5 StarsThis is easily one of the cleanest Tractor supplies I've ever been at. They always have alot of the dog food and cat food I'm looking for and it's always for organized and full! The staff is also very informed about the stuff they sell and always are able to answer any questions I or other people may have. If you are looking for a great Tractor supply this is the one!

Extremely unsatisfied by my experience today. I have legitimately spent thousands of dollars the last 2.5 years buying propane from this location using the exact same tanks. 2 of my 30lb tanks have been recertified by Purity cylinders in 2020 on 28th st. I get them filled at least once a week at this location today Jen "the manager" informed me that they no longer recognize the recertification engraving on my tanks and will not fill them. I highly encourage anyone with an engraved certification on their tanks to go to Camping World on 76th Street, their customer service is much better and you'll have no issues with getting your tanks filled there.

Terrible service. Guy was just staring at me at the end of the isle and treated me like I was stealing. Said is everything ok? He says. We closed like 5 minutes ago. Look at my phone at its 8:02. Sorry didn’t realize you closed at 8 and that’s all you had to say. Won’t shop here again 1/16/2023
