I am disappointed that my long time bank is now closing at 4:00pm during the week. If someone could at least explain why this change has happened. I might be more understanding, but when I called the bank rep could not tell me why. Seems like bankers hours just got better for bankers and not customers.

I closed a safty deposit box 7 years ago the said i didnt close it i had to pay 302 or they would drill and 450 out of my acount. I was trested rudely. Im not goung to us them any mote

I only need their ATM to work. Of the 4 times I've been there it's worked 1 time.

They were unable to cash their own check because they did not have enough funds. I had to prompt them to ask to call another bank for their availability. Horrible customer service!

Unfortunately this branch has had new management take over in the past few months, and the service has gone from 5 stars to 1 star. Over the last several visits every transaction feels like you are inconveniencing them and takes 5 times as longer than in the past. Despite trying to communicate with the staff and three times with the new manager it is apparent they are incapable of listening to a customer, and only want to hear themselves talk about their new policies which are irrelevant to the conversation and transaction you are attempting to discuss. I miss the previous staff and manager Jill M Kwiecien, who were the reason this used to be such an excellent branch. I recommend changing branches or changing banks instead of dealing with the current toxic environment that is presently there!
