Absolutely horrible Pharmacy. If you call in your prescription refill and it gets backordered, then expires, Kroger will NOT refill it. I was left without my script over an entire weekend. And the Pharmacist even admitted it was their fault!!

They are so kind, quick and helpful. They have the best prices compared to many other pharmacies, too.

NEVER use pick up. 4 out of 5 cans VERY dented, they will ways forget something. IF you're offered a substitution, it will be like an apple instead of a bag of grapes.... not even related! If you mark substitutions they often won't bother. it's the most UNCARING crappy store ever. Gods those lie

It's huge and clean store. Customer service can be better. One of yelper suggested to try kids masks in Kroger, so I tried this branch. I couldn't find kids masks in the designated area. I tried to get help from the staff near the counter. I was redirected to different aisles and different staff but with no luck. I ended up wasting my time and left the store with much disappointment.

This is not my usual Kroger. It is set up totally different than my store. I have asked 2 staff members where to find some thing. And nobody knows where to find it. One of the people said "go find the woman in aisle eight she'll be able to tell you". There was no one working in aisle eight or nine or 10. So I went to the front and asked another person, she sent me down another aisle and the item was not there. I asked yet a fourth person who said she wasn't sure but she thought I should try aisle 5. . This has a very frustrating grocery shopping experience. There was also something on sale and they didn't have any. It was a gift card. So when I went to the front desk to see about a rain check I got the sign that said nobody's working at the front desk. This is 645 on a Friday afternoon. I'm getting very disillusioned with all the Kroger stores. I know a lot of stores are shortstaffed, but also very frustrating to go to the a Kroger store and have it be laid out differently than other Kroger stores.

Early morning is the best time to shop at this location. If not, the store is packed to the gills. Although the store stays busy I always find what I'm looking for and more. I like Krogers prices compared to Meijer and other grocers. With the Kroger card you get savings on groceries that really adds up. Kroger has the best self checkout system. It has cameras installed to ensure no theft is taking place. There is a shelf for you to hold your bagged goods while ringing up your order. Meijer and other grocers systems pale in comparison. Finally, Kroger has an excellent produce section that is regularly stocked with organic and natural foods.

Review about the pharmacy. Excellent place. Been coming here and dealing with them since Jan 2010. (Yeah now I review) normally go thru the drive thru. Lebanese owned and operated. Very friendly and professional service. The ladies here are extra special and nice. Gets these prescriptions filled very fast too. They say 15 mins, (I think they have to say that) normally done in 5 mins everytime.

I will NEVER shop at Kroger's in Canton Michigan again. I am a retired nurse in my 70's. My niece recently came to live with me when unfortunately, both her parents had passed away. She is a smart girl ,but had a social autism. She has never worked .She has an app on her phone that when you scan certain products you get points that accumulate and you earn free merchandise. While I shop for the family ,she walks around the store looking for the items her app tells her to scan.I purchased some items ,paid and left the store. As we were in the parking lot on our way home we we're surrounded by police cars that interrogated us and had us open our clothing and advised the manager said there is a buldge under my nieces coat. NEVER in my life have I experienced anything like this. They requested us to open our jackets, checked us out .We showed receipts for few items we had and they saw the " bulge" was a Fanny pack which opened to find coupons & her cell phone charger. They took our ID's ( I imagine for background check) we are totally clean. We have NEVER been in trouble and would never even take a penny that did not belong to us!! That manager (Joe) was WAY OUT OF LINE. I do not care for myself ,but my niece was upset & depressed??? WHY?? He could have called me over in store and asked to see what the "buldge" around my nieces waIsteline was privately. What a disregard for customers. I AM APPAULED I!! HE DID NOT SEE HER TAKE ANYTHING, YET put her through this. She is a gentle, kind ,sweet girl who WOULD NEVER STEAL! WE FOLLOW THE 10 COMMANDMENTS. We don't drink, smoke or steal. A disgrace to welcome us into a new state. STAY AWAY from Kroger! Shop at WALMART OR FRESH THYME. GREAT STORES & SERVICE!

The selection is pretty decent compared to other Krogers in the area but they really need to work on staffing the self-check out area. If you run into an issue or need an ID check when buying booze, good luck! My mom lives nearby so I come here occasionally to OK experiences picking up something to help with a last minute dinner or whatever but when I was here on Memorial Day it was so bad it left me fuming. I had two things to buy, one of which was a 6 pack of Founder's as requested by my grandma who was up for kicking back a bit for the holiday. Hah. The staffed lines weren't super crowded but everyone in the lines had a cart FULL of stuff. And of course, there were no staffed "15 items or less" aisles, so I decided to take my chances with self-check out. I usually avoid that area here because of previously slow experiences but I rolled the dice this time. Bad call. Took me 10 minutes to get out of there, but not before I went through two staff people, neither of whom could help me because the clerk assigned to the area had disappeared, and two other staff people who walked right by me and ignored my requests for help. I finally got someone over to check my id and enter it in, but then she disappeared again. So when my screen froze I was SOL for another few minutes until she reappeared. Exhausting. Next time I'll go to Busch's or Target.

If I could give this Kroger 0 stars I would. Filthy, even when I hunt down a person to "help" me they don't even know where things are, why they are out of stuff, or know products. Management here needs to go!
