Ordered home delivery . On the day of my order I cancelled the order during the preparation phase. I even called the store to make sure there was not a problem. About 30 minutes later the driver showed up with a partial order. I refused the order. Walmart billed me for the order saying I signed for it. I did not sign for it and received none of the order at all. They are not issuing a refund despite my protests and explanations. Guess I will protest to Capital One the issuer of my Walmart credit card. Should that fail..small claims court the next step.

As far as Walmart goes, this is one of nicer ones.

This was my first time using my extra benefits card. So, I didn't know what was covered and what wasn't. My daughter found an associate and explained the situation to her. She offered assistance, at first I didn't ask, but then she came over and started helping by bagging everything for me. Once I paid with that card, she checked and found a few things that were not covered. So, all in all I had a very good experience

Any walmart makes me happy as I get most of the things for our home. However, this one has fresh stock or green vegetables.

UPDATE: Turns out this location is severely understaffed and has high volume of returns which would probably have lead to me buying an item that was not originally stated on the package.Although Demetrius was very helpful and empathetic towards my situation, there was nothing he could do. The return staff could learn a thing or two about empathy instead of making YOU feel like a criminal..BEWARE buying returned items for discount price, people will stick wrong item back in the box and the return people don't check it or check to see if it works. And if you find the wrong item in the box, honesty is not the best policy because they WILL NOT give you your money back!

No one in fitting room area , I was literally yelling HELP, no one came so I started banging on the doors and yelling HELP ...Took 13 minutes. In total 7 people waited 22 MINUTES for someone to start unlocking the doors to the fitting rooms.

Ordered an item online for store pickup just to find out hours later that they don't carry the item advertised for sale but tried replacing it with an item that cost 20 percent less without refunding the difference. Sometimes you have to remind yourself just how bad some businesses are by visiting.

This Walmart makes you feel like a criminal. The self-checkout registers (which you are pretty much forced to use since they barely keep checkout lanes open anymore) stop and call an employee over to monitor a video recording every time you have to readjust a bag. If you’re going to make me be a cashier and not pay me for it, the least you could do is not treat me like a criminal while I do it. They then bombard you at the door and try to ask for a receipt and look over your purchases. I just tell those people, “no, thanks” and keep walking because you have no right to waste my time just because you are bad at asset protection.
