Placed an online order. Arrived to pick it up only to learn my items were not in stock. This was only after I received an email in which I was informed the order was ready. Instead of being offered an equivalent product at the same pricey, I was offered the opportunity to spend an additional $40 for the same product, except in different packaging. The product, you ask? Motor oil. I attempted to purchase motor oil from an auto parts store, and they couldn’t pull it off. Just a sorry experience.

Came to the auto zone on 10 mile and Kevin was fantastic starting with walking through the door. Greeted with a big Kool aid smile and he helped with every thing from answering questions to helping with my bulb I’ll be be back thank you Kevin for your great customer service skills

Great customer service here.One out of four wheels that I bought in April didn't match the set. Even though they didn't have a replacement set they called around and found a store that did. Plus it was past the 90 days. Very pleasant and professional.

In-n-out! No nonsense, knowledgeable, polite! This is my new autozone!I had a check engine light come on in my car..... I walked in, Eugene helped me out instantly...... I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. What more could you ask for.They were answering calls and dealing with customers like a well-oiled machine. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to give these guys a raise. Thank you specifically Eugene you're my guy!~AaronGTV

When you have a customer who comes into the store asking for help and you don't help her. You get a bad review. It's as simple as that. I went in for wiper blades on my truck. Unfortunately, I can't change them and don't know how. The first gentleman was very sweet and said he would. But he sold me the wrong blades that didn't fit. So I have to return them. The set I just bought from him, I had the receipt sent to my husband and I don't have access to his email. This guy and his manager, know I just bought them, the guy sold them to me and the manager was watching. So I have to call my husband and ask him to send me the receipt. He did. We cannot do the return. Why? The manager is in the back yapping with the armoured car guys who came in. I waited for over a half hour so this return could happen and I could get the guy to put the wipers on. My sales guy moves off to help other people. I'm just standing around until the manager wants to know what is going on with me. I explained. He says oh. The terminal froze up. He finally gets it to work, does my return and I had to pay more money for the most expensive wipers. Supposedly the cheaper ones don't fit on my truck. He rings me up and shoves the wipers to me and I said but I need help to get them on and the other gentleman is busy, can you help me put them on. He mumbled something and stood there. He refused to look at me. After waiting there for another few minutes. I walked out with the manager telling me to have a nice day. I did nothing wrong. I am so angry. Each time I have to go into that store, same attitudes, different people, different days. They are rude and nasty and don't want to help women who come in, but a man, oh they are falling over themselves to be buddy buddy with them. Like I said, the first gentleman was a young guy and very sweet, the manager, nope. He was rude. I am so done with this store and this chain. I will drive miles out of my way now to go to their competitor instead of this place or this chain.

Came to store over a week ago to get check engine light diagnosed; was told to purchase fuel injector fluid and add gas. 9 days later, engine light is still on and new code is appearing on machine but store cannot print the report.Only go to this store with a mechanic.Car is going to mechanic shop tomorrow.

Waited to be checked out. In line for 3 items. Guy name Tyree going outside for 20min or more. Came back in and went right back out working on a car. Meanwhile there was a long line in the store. Felt sorry for gray shirt guy named Eugene. He was working so hard trying to take care of everyone in a timely matter. Then Tyree yells at customers not professional at all. If Tyree was my employee he would of been fired.

Mostly good service, but a certain employee is highly unprofessional and unorganized. I went to get battery changed, and but he said it was by a fuse box, making in not doable. He turns around and tells me he can do it for a fee. There does however, seem to be a great employee, I believe his name was Eugene.

Waited in line forever. Customer service lacking. The electronic parts sold here failed multiple times. I get that it’s a lifetime warranty, but I don’t feel like doing the same job three times.

Very knowledgeable people here. Helped me with finding the light bulbs I needed. I would definitely come here to find more light bulbs next time I need them.

Updated 7/1/2023: flFive stars is not a high enough rating to describe the outstanding service from this location. Came in on the Saturday before the 4th of July holiday to get a battery test which was done promptly and showed I had a bad battery. Bought a battery in stock with the generous military discount applied. While in the store, the battery had started my wife's van to get us there, it gave up the ghost there in the lot. The location loaned me the tools I needed to do the replacement in the parking lot and the manager even brought my wife and I each a cold bottle of water. Three separate people on the staff helped me out in some way that day and all were polite, professional and top notch Auto Zoners. I'm very grateful to have such a wonderful location near my home. By all means if you need parts or guidance for a car repair this is the place to go.Original: Great service. 10% off for Vets. Good stockage of parts.
