Center Line Self Storage helped me quickly and easily get set up with a climate controlled unit for a vehicle I was looking to store. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, and I couldn't have asked for a better, more seamless experience.

Terrible place to pick they have a huge ROACH PROBLEM AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS POWER ISSUES and thinks he can go in your locker whenever he wants I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY TO TRUST THERE VALUABLES. Also they raise the rent every 6 months to a year 10-20$

Ken, was great! He was very thorough in explaining everything in detail which meant a lot! Not only did he verbalize things, he also demonstrated how to carry out everything we discussed. He answered all of our questions and showed personal interest which encouraged us to rent a storage unit. Thank you for going the extra mile with customer service.

My experience with the office was amazing. I’m sorry I don’t remember the young man’s name but I’ll tell you he was so helpful. I believe he went above and beyond for us. He saved us hours of work.

Last weekend we had to empty a storage unit for my father-in-law who had put everything he had left after selling his home into storage. We had no idea how much we would be bringing home. We discovered we would need a storage unit. On the Ohio turnpike I was able to rent storage big enough and drove directly to Center Line Storage. Even though it was Sunday with no office hours, we had complete access to the unit, carts to help unload and a brand new unopened lock with all keys. The rental and app were amazingly easy to use. So what we thought would be the most difficult thing on a Sunday was the easiest. Our belongings are in a safe dry clean space that we can easily get to. Perfect.

We are so happy that we chose Center Line Self Storage it’s clean and Ken that works there is very friendly and professional and explained everything very well, was easy to downsize from my large unit to a small one. Price of the storage units are affordable, wish every business ran this smoothly.

Ken was very helpful and informative on every visit I made with him from storage locks to hand sanitizer, he gave us a tour of the place and insured that picking this facility was a good choice. We totally would recommend this facility to family and friends that may need storage for their purposes.
