I had an appointment with Crest Ford to get an oil change., on my Leased Ford Edge. I was taken care of promptly and only waited about (1) hour since this was one of their busier days. This was my first oil change since leasing the car and I should have had reward points on my Ford Pass App. The associate could not find any, so I contacted my Sales Consultant who okayed that he didn't know what happened, but to not charge for the first time. That was a blessing for me!!

A few weeks ago, I had one of the worse car experiences of my life. I took my vehicle in to have a recall done that was related to a potential brake issue. I got my vehicle back in a day, and quickly realized something was wrong with my brakes. When I hit the brakes, the vehicle was not stopping properly. Every time I hit the brakes it got worse. It got to the point that the vehicle would roll even when the brakes were fully pressed down. Thankfully, I was able to quickly turn around, and get my vehicle back to the dealership - after driving about 15 miles away. This was the scariest 15 miles of my life…It turns out that the vehicle was leaking brake fluid profusely because a hose was not properly secured. So, I was proactive in getting a recall done, and ended up with a vehicle with brakes going out after being serviced by a certified Ford dealer.Having the car serviced again was inconvenient because I did not have a car for another day. And also having that kind of scare was very unpleasant. I was on my way to pick up my daughter from daycare and could have taking this vehicle on the freeway as the brakes were failing. This could have been an awful situation.I received an apology and nothing more. I was not even offered a loaner car for my inconvenience.This was the worst experience ever!

They have had my car two full days and never called to let me know what the diagnosis was. I called twice and was given the run around. I am (callously) being told that I might hear back on Monday. That doesn't include time to actually fix the problem. Only leave your vehicle at Crest Ford in Centerline if you don't need a vehicle for about a week or so. Wishing now that I had taken it to my usual trusted repair shop. I stupidly thought that the dealership could diagnose the problem quicker and would have the courtesy to let me know if there were going to be delays. I specifically asked what time I should expect a phone call in the afternoon and was told "It probably won't be that soon." I never thought that meant they would keep my car for days without letting me know what was going on.Update: Crest Ford charged me about $500 to fix fuel intake. They wanted to keep my car longer, but I refused. Within a few days, my Ford Escape continued to shut off completely while idling at red lights. I took it to Showcase Collision. They followed instructions on Ford's website and used Ford diagnostic tools to reset the engine. They called every day to give me updates and were honest from the start about when I could expect my vehicle to be fixed. They were very surprised that the dealership had not tried using Ford recommendations for fixing the issue. They even recommended that I go to Showcase Ford on John R. if they couldn't fix the issue. But they were able to fix it and my car is running smoothly. No thanks at all to Crest Ford.

Lila is the goat! I have been following her for 10 years. She is very patient and helpful. I appreciate all her hard work in assisting me with my 2023 explorer. She makes the car buying experience very enjoyable! Tim the finance manager is great! He makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Crest Ford is a go to dealership!

I’ve been driving a Ford forever. My girl, Jasmine is awesome. She’s right on top of things, looking thing up & juggling numbers.Crest Ford is very organized when I need to bring my vehicle in for an oil change. It’s easy to set up an appointment & just drive in the garage. All done in a timely matter. I do recommend Crest Ford !!

They scammed me hard saying I need 2k worth of service to not lose my warranty. Never told me total price until work was done, my premium maintenance package covered nothing because it was all service that was not needed. Some stupid BG oil plan warranty they were referring to without any explanation and at the time of service made it sound like I was losing my Ford warranty coverage. Shame on you

The whole Maverick purchase experience was very smooth besides the long wait. My salesperson ( Jasmine ) was very helpful during the whole purchasing process. The truck was detailed and ready when I arrived for pickup. Jasmine showed me the features of the truck and even included a full tank of gas.
