Absolutely love this store and the staff. We moved and I will pass every other Metro store to shop at this location. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, they go above and beyond compared to other locations I have visited. We have a handicapped person who needs a flip phone with tactile keys. These happen to be the cheapest phones they stock. The phone being replaced is also a flip phone.The new phone is advertised as having Stand-by power of 8.3 DAYS. It doesn't come close. A fully charged phone will die in 26 hours. Use it at all, expect to stay connected to the charger.They refuse to take it back, saying it is an upgrade and not eligible for a refund. How is a 'like to like' transfer an upgrade?Our recourse may be Attorney General Dana Nessel

The customer care and service inside of the store was very nice helpful and polite which I can appreciate.ALTHOUGHI purchased a of their new nicer phones a few days ago and it is still kind of buggy and sluggish.
