“I have never worried about our unit being broken into, the area is very nice and trustworthy. The storage buildings and units are clean and well taken care. The office staff are always respectful, helpful & very nice! -the 2 I've always talked to have always treated me kind.
There is a gentleman (owner?) and a lady :) Great people!
I highly recommend them!
Bonus is they have another facility just west of Three Rivers, MI on M60 as well!”
“I had a very good experience in renting my unit at Bob’s Self Storage. The unit was actually brand new when I moved in and dry and rodent free the whole duration I stored my items there. Security cameras and secure code access to put in for gate entry. I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone!

“I'll give 4 stars because there was a mis-hap while moving into the unit and had the wrong code to my lock, talked to a wonderful gentleman who was in Texas who had no access to the coded lockes. TEventually they fixed it within the hour. Thank YouMy 4 stars are on the advertisement that first month rent is free and I paid first month and an additional 29.00 charge.”

“I called Monday night for a Tuesday move labor job just hoping they’d have something available - all of the representatives I spoke to were wonderful and got me scheduled on such short notice.
Then, Ridge and Dan helped move a full moving truck of heavy storage totes, heavy furniture etc up to my 3rd floor apartment yesterday and I am still genuinely blown away by how quickly they did it. Those stairs were no joke and I know I wouldn’t have been able to get all moved in without their help. They were so, so friendly despite the task being brutal. I will continue to use college hunks due to how many good experiences I’ve had with them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
