“I went into the Clinton Township Hall Road Branch today to pay off my loan with them because my husband passed away. I was going to be selling the truck to my son who lives in Tennessee. Stephanie the teller went above and beyond to try to call the credit union in Tennessee to make sure I could get a letter today so my son could take the home truck back to Tennessee in a few days. They put her on hold for an extended period of time and at no time did she act frustrated or annoyed. I appreciated her patience so very much. It is people like Stephanie who make dealing with Genisys Credit Union a pleasure. It's good to know there are people like Stephanie in this world who make it a pleasure to do difficult business.”

“I just walked into this place that I haven't been to because I always head to the MSGCU on Hall Road & I-94. This place is very friendly. I walked in with money from another bank institution to deposit it into MSGCU. The lady that I spoke to what very nice and caring. She def. deposit the money into my checking account and also warned me that my credit card is almost at the credit limit , did that on purpose, but she was very kind in pointing that out.”
