Brought in our lawnmower for a tune up and to get the handle repaired. Three weeks later, they are waiting for a part for the handle (and we explained the mower was still usable otherwise), and they had done nothing to tune it up while our lawn suffers from a lack of care. When we picked it up, they charged us a previously unmentioned $20 “estimate” fee. Too bad the paperwork they handed us didn’t actually diagnose any problems, which is what I expect if someone is going to charge us $20.

Went in to purchase a snowblower and was set on a two-stage thinking I needed it for my driveway and sidewalk. Was prepared to spend the money for that type of equipment, but the friendly folks at Billings helped me realize that since I don't have a gravel driveway, I would be better suited with a single-stage. You know this is a solid place that's customer-focused when they encourage a cheaper model than what you were looking at. Highly recommend over the big box stores for the customer service, attention they pay to each person who walks in, and the availability of a service department for any future needs. Will return!

Purchased a new electric trimmer. Quite satisfied with it. I like how you can replace the paddles that help trim the grass, etc. Billings was very helpful in showing me how to use the new trimmer.

Emily, was very helpful to check on a mower I was looking to purchase, registered the mower for me after purchasing. Paul gave me such great insight not simply with the mower I was buying but was most familiar with the mower I was replacing. My Billy Goat mower had just worn me down the last 15 years, and now I have a Toro Time Master. Paul helped me load the mower into my truck!! Exceptional experience!!!!
