Nurse Carmen A++++. She has amazing bedside manners. She engages with you. She’s pleasant and makes you comfortable. Shes perfect and almost did the job for the NP. She advised me on what was coming next while the NP said nothing.Alexandra Agapiou on the other hand…. Awful, just awful. No manners. No care. Not sure if she likes her job or just snubs everyone that comes in there. I’ve been to other minute clinics and know the routine. She skipped steps, questions, and does not address concerns. Please call cvs minute clinic patient care services to file complaints when they do not follow protocol, guidelines or make your visit uncomfortable.

That NP Gabriella sucks at her job. This is the second time I went there only to get nothing out of it. She doesn't listen for 1. She does a lot of repeating herself, though. Which is very annoying.Secondly, I told her what was going on with me. I go through this EVERY year, however, she went from heart murmur (I'm a 30 year old with no heart history whatsoever) to MONO (symptoms didn't even align with mono...) to me possibly having a stroke. She told me to leave and she would call me back in... I just left. She obviously needs to brush up on a few things before she comes back to work, parading around like she's a NP.By the way, I went to an actual urgent care and got my antibiotics.

This is my second time visiting but I always have a great experience. Both Carmen and Amanda are amazing people. Skilled in their fields but more than that just overall nice humans.

Saw Ryan Lim NP today. He was great and extremely eager to help me in a tough situation while traveling. He was extremely attentive to accuracy and detail of a skin condition I am experiencing. Highly recommend.

The lady who took my information was lovely.. the nurse practitioner on the other hand was extremely rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of time and awful interaction. I don’t come to a clinic to be told to take more off the shelf medications. Ive been sick for well over a week. She said if I still don’t feel good make another appointment.I will be getting a second opinion.

The ladies at this Minute-Clinic are phenomenal. From Erin, to Carmen, Tiffany and Jaime, they were friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you very much for your service!

Nurse Carmen is the best! If you have a hard time getting shots, she is the person to see. She is kind, doesn’t rush, and gives totally painless shots. I got my flu shot from her last week and it was the best vaccination experience I’ve had. The clinic rooms have reclining chairs, which are really helpful for folks who get lightheaded or faint after shots. Highly recommend!!

Made an appointment. Followed all the stated rules. Upon arrival I was informed that I needed a negative covid test within the last 24 hours to be seen. That was the requirement of the NP not the policy of that CVS clinic. They offered to administrator a rapid covid test and then I could come back a few hours later to be seen. A single NP should not be able to arbitrarily change the companies / stores policies. I was not there for any covid symptom reasons.

When you have an appointment, it won't matter. They do not reach out.

0 stars all the way. Had to give 1. Waited an hour for a virtual doctor to come. Slaps his forehead when I tell him what is going on with me. INAPPROPRIATE doctor behavior. Doesn't stay 5 minutes and says. "sorry, we cant help you with that" and hurriedly exits. I was sick! Waited nearly an hour instead of 10 minutes and this is what I get. I wouldn't give a cent but now 60 dollars down the drain. I love CVS, but their minuteclinic staff is horrible. PERIOD.

On-site customer service is fantastic. The clerk and nurse practitioner were friendly and professional, and were very helpful in answering my questions. However, be aware that in addition to the vaccination fees that you pay on-site, several weeks later you will also be sent a bill on behalf of the nurse practitioner for "vaccine administration." I wish CVS would do more to make patients aware of this fact beforehand.

Need to specify when they stop taking patients. Came in at 7:15 but could not be seen. States they close at 7:30. Would have been helpful to know that before driving all the way there. 12/30/19

When your doctor is out of office and your sick or a small injury, it’s my favorite place to go.
