First I want to say I'm writing this review as a 20 year patient of Dr Persaud. He has always been a loving and kind doctor with that personal touch all want in our family doctor. It pains me to write this review but i cannot let evil exist unexposed.Wow. This office has gone downhill. The lady working the front desk is the spawn of Satan. Stay away from this office the woman working there is pure pure evil. She is the worst human I have ever encountered. She makes me sick to my stomach. I would like to think Persaud is still a kind and loving man but I truly recommend that you find a new doctor. This office has become the environment for a sick and evil human to punish good people.

I would have rated him 4 stars if he didn't make his patients wait forever and also his rude staff member Kim.Dr. Persaud has set the best example of the knwoledagable, caring physician who is really passionate about his job and a doctor who empathizes and appreciates your paying him a visit and how important you are as his patient.His friendly and nice way of treating his patients, good bedside manners, and how he can feel your pain and anticipate how you feel as soon as he looks at you at first sight.However, I'd blame him for keeping such an incompetent person as his assistant Kim and letting her mistreate his patients, forcing them to leave his practice for good.It's unfortunately rare these days that you can find a real good doctor like Dr. Persaud, the only downside is his rude, uncaring assistant, Kim.

I like the doctor a lot. I've been going there for 10 years. But, the girl working the phones on 4/24/23 8:30am was incredibly rude for no reason. If you are unfriendly, don't answer phones for a living!

Been thinking about switching doctors for a bit and my last experience finally pushed me over the line. After waiting for 10+ minutes on hold, I explained my symptoms (high fever, cough, chills). I was asked the same questions (what symptoms do you have, why did you take your temperature) over and over again, explained it every time, and got absolutely nowhere. The office staff does not seem to care about the patients at all. It's also been my experience that Dr Persuad is quick to prescribe multiple medications and see what "works best", which I was not a fan of. AVOID! (unless you are into that)

Doctor is awesome , However the counter staff needs to be more helpful to patients and more listening to what patients are saying. Without listening they do what they want to do, causing loss of time for everyone and creating stressful environment. It's a loss of energy and time for everyone.Some of staff is extremely rude and unhelpful to patients, specially on calls

Dr.Persaud has been primary care physician for my whole family for past 8 years. He's very considerate and committed to his patients. We've called him at odd hours and even during weekends for emergency for our child and he always responds.

Dr. Persaud is the best! I actually recommended my husband go to him, and he also loves him. He is highly skilled and expert. But he really listens, does not talk down to his patients or criticize them like other doctors I have seen in the past. He will take great care of you and cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. P & staff for helping so many people try to be at their best health.
