This is my favorite pharmacy for flu shot and prescriptions, quick and they take care of me every time I go. today even I like it more , they have a new pharmacist her name is Zinah she is so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this store to everyone especially now with Zinah.

This is my favorite pharmacy, I appreciate Pharmacist Zinah for the outstanding knowledge, excellent customer service and patience with the patients. She helped my mom significantly and our family overall. Keep up the good work Rite Aid and Pharmacist Zinah. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everybody out there. It gives piece of mind knowing expert staff in this pharmacy by adding pharmacist Zinah to their team. Good luck to you all.

This is my favorite pharmacy, they’re so helpful and friendly. My prescriptions are always filled so fast, I’ve never had a problem. I get all my vaccines here too. Just a pleasant store.

I go to this rite aid a lot. Patricia is so sweet & kind. She always makes conversation with me and talks about what’s going on. She is definitely the sweetest! Thank you Patricia!!

The only issue I have with this store is two incredibly rude employees. One is a woman with white hair who sits and rolls her eyes at you and is short and cold with her responses. The other seems to be a new guy. Short, bald, glasses I believe. I always go in to greet him and he blows me off and says someone else can help me. I dread it when I see them cause I know it'll be an unpleasant experience. I'm not the only one who feels this way. The rest of the cashiers and the pharmacists are very sweet. The first two though...need an attitude change or retraining. Sheesh.

I am from Royal Oak, i come to the Rite Aid in Clawson because the service is great, people always friendly always willing to go out of there way. i stock up on there Rite Aid sparkling water which is a steal if you have a Rite Aid card only costs 88 cents. Anyways keep up the good work and friendly service is pays off in the end.

This pharmacy is quick and efficient. It’s never a chore to pick up my kids medicine and the pharmacist Marc is always great with letting me know any info that I need to know for what I’m picking up. I’ve been to other stores I’m the area and this is so much better and actually communicates. They have a drive through as well!
