Service is horrible unless they need to come check your equipment-service which is taking a rag and wiping off lightly 3 minutes $75 or more. My machine broke and they asked do you really need oxygen now? Oh no come when it’s convenient for you HELLO yes I need it!!!

Zero accommodation to customer convenience. Terrible store hours. Especially the Croswell location - store hours listed on the web are wrong.
