Fran was very disrespectful towards us and did not make passport renewal proccess easy. Extermly rude and told us we had only two miniutes to redo our entire passoprt application. If she dose not like her job then why is she doing it? The Customer service is really bad here, the workers are sleepy and dont wanna do their job right.

Fill in delivery workers are lazy and incompetent. Our regular delivery woman is a gem and is always in our neighborhood around the same time… the past couple weeks she’s taken some time off and her replacement is awful. She sits in her truck on her phone while driving up every couple houses, gets out and delivers to two or three houses then gets back in the truck to text/call whoever, then repeats the process. Some people count mail being delivered daily in a timely manner and this chick just doesn’t care.

The mail lady always keeps losing all the important mails and I always find mails from a different addresses to my mailbox,When you call the office to complain and they never answer the phone.

Super rude staff. I took an appointment to apply for a passport for a minor and when I went there she is like I need to make u another appointment because u don't have the application printed. I have an appointment for that reason what if I don't know how to use the computer and get the application. I told her my appointment for 15 min I can fill out the app in 2 min she said no u need another appointment. Very disrespectful and I think she didn't like me because she is racism.

Zero Stars. Had an appointment for a passport and was in line at scheduled time. Got to the front of line and was told I'm late. Slow workers blaming customers for being late when you can't finish your work on time.

Customer service lady, her name, Maria she’s not supposed to be in this position at all she always make excuses so she can get rid of her job and she always eating during work supervisors and manager at this location very professional

Worst post office I’ve ever been to I put a package in the drop box 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been scanned and they don’t answer my phone calls it’s ridiculous how lazy they are

I went to the Dearborn Heights USPS office to get 2 passport applications, the supervisor gave me one passport application and one information packet that has the same first page as the passport application. I did not find out about it until I went home, and I had to miss my passport appointments that day. So I went back to the USPS office to get another application and to make new appointment. I asked for one extra application in case I make a mistake filling it (if you make a mistake, you can't correct and need to fill a new application). An employee told me that she cannot give me an extra copy because they have to make more copies, and that only the supervisor can make copies. The same supervisor, who later said her name is Chantel, came to argue with me about why I need another copy, and then she got a copy from under the desk, and she did not have to make more copies as previously claimed. I asked the supervisor to stop arguing with me, and that all I need is to get the applications and make new appointment. She told me "I am a supervisor so I can not argue with you" and turned her back and left away. I stood there at the passport desk waiting to make new appointment, while the employees called 3 people before me, and I had to let them know twice that I am still waiting to make a new appointment.
