Twilight zone experience, the worse customer service I have ever seen at any business my entire life! I've read the lowest reviews and don't understand how these characters are still working there. They make up their own rules daily , lie to customers and they short one screaming and arguing and pacing when I dared to express my dissatisfaction from 2 clerks the previous eve that left me standing in line 20 minutes just to be told I will need to go to self service they were closed. I arrived at 5:40 and the short one kept staring at me , I asked to borrow a pen while waiting for 1 customer in front of me and she should have told me if I couldn't be serviced by 6pm instead of staring and wasting my time. They were both the rudest clerks I have encountered and when I dared speak up the next morning , the 1 started arguing and literally making up lies, to the manager on duty who did nothing either. This is a business that needs some cleaning up for sure and some real management to implement structure and courtesy to customers. I never received an apology for their rudeness or explanation as to why they had me standing in line just to turn me away, saying too bad we're closed now . I asked them to pull up the camera footage and the manager said they can't see any footage , what a joke of a post office ?

Worst place. Every time I come in there are at least 10 people in line and only one employee. I always try to avoid coming here. Terrible experience.

Hours indicated on door: Retail Saturday 10am-6pm. It was 1:00pm, the gates for the retail counter were down (closed) & the drop off locked. Patrons waited for a few in case staff was on lunch...and left.

Pros: Quick service & friendly staff. My go to Post office in Dearborn.Cons: This place does need some repairs for the interior and offer more packaging types for their customers.

Terrible customer service and never open on time. I feel like it’s a scene from beetle juice every time I’m in there. Not sure how USPS tolerates this.

They are always trying to be as quick as possible to keep the line moving. I've never had any issues with over 30 packages sent out. As a matter of fact they gave me tips and suggestions on how to get the correct prepaid shipping label for things like Facebook marketplace. When you're as busy as they are you may not come off as friendly but as long as they keep getting my packages to folks I'm happy.

Very good postal office. The brave men, women, and nonbinaries in blue are proudly serving Dearborn citizens everyday here, rain, sleet, sun or snow. They provide a great service to America and we thank them for their brave service! ????????????????????????

Hours during the week say they close at 6 but if you’re not in line by 5:45pm they’ll lock the door on you. Only post office in Metro Detroit that does this. Also have to add the staff there are flat out rude.

The issue here is NOT with the employees, it is whomever is in charge of deciding how many employees work at the same time. With the ridiculous wait times, it is not the fault of the employees working the register. They are working as hard and quickly as they can. They are not having enough employees working at the same time. The issue is USPS is trying to cut jobs. Here i am waiting in line 10 people deep, and one of the employees who is supposed to be working the 2nd register was sent to the back instead, because they're trying to do away with having two working the cash registers at the same time. So instead of having 2 people out front and one in back, they literally only have 1 out front and 1 in the back. It is ridiculous. Whomever manages these types of things locally or regionally, or if its a county wide assessment idk, but they are horrible at their job. How are you going to have ONE person working the cash register at a busy location on a Friday, only 11 days before Christmas? I feel so bad for these postal workers. They are worked SO hard, they are overloaded, all because USPS doesn't want to have to pay one more additional person to work. The cost of just my package alone pays for one person's pay for that hour.I have been coming here for years to ship for my business, since 2015.The workers are experienced, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They are being overworked and they NEED more employees working!
