I placed an order for photo prints & although the site said ready the next day, the order was actually completed & ready within 20 minutes of placing the order. I was able to pick it up same day which was very much needed. The ease of ordering was sufficient as well as picking it up. There was no wait time at all.

I was “helped” by Barbara on 9/28/23 at approximately 2:17pm to reload a prepaid card. Barbara must have been having a bad day. She was snappy with the woman ahead of me and when she finished with her, I approached the register. she stood in front of her register, mumbling to herself, about the transition in a negative manner. She finally asked, if she can help me. An older behind me set his 2 bags of chips on the counter. I simply stated to her, “these are not mine” I didn’t want her to assume we were together. She replied, with an attitude, “I know, I saw him set it there.” Whomever is reading this tell Barbara that whatever storm she is going through, she’ll get through it. It’s going to be ok baby. Hugs to you. Shirley didn’t mean it.

This store is ghetto and unprofessional. I held on the line for over 15 minutes just to get a smart comment. I just wanted to know if my RX was ready! I am done with this breed of human.

With two cars in front of me, it took over 15 minutes to pick up a prescription. This happens often at this CVS. Poor customer service/customers undervalued!!!

Pharmacy disrespectful cannot read unable to order medication you will die if you need your medication because they WILL NOT HAVE IT FOR 3-4 days at a time after they already claim to have filled it . Report this store and pharmacist on the state website like I did

Pharmacy is not efficient with time whatsoever, I sat and waited in the drive through for my prescription for an inexcusable amount of time before seeing anyone ( I was only the second person in line) . The staff is beyond rude, not accommodating, and definitely not helpful.

I really enjoyed going to CVS I all ways get greeted when I enter the store and ask if I need assistance with anything if I don't they tell me to let them know if I do and they will help me with what I need.

The pharmacist at this location has the nastiest attitude.How is she even still working here with so many reports made on her?You can tell who truly loves their jobs and who don't.If you don't like working with the public stop taking customer service jobs!!!

Worst pharmacy service ever..... continuously placed on hold....they never pick up the phone.... prescriptions are never ready when there sent from doctors offices well in advance ...and .....confirmed that it's been received.... prescription bags stacked EVERYWHERE.....just forget about picking up at the drive through window......I don't know what's worse....the long wait or the fear of getting robbed by the folks walking around and cutting through the parking lot....just horrible....They take on wayyyyyy more than they can handle...... definitely short staff for the workload.....CVS automated systems is a joke.......

Wow, I'm not surprised I'm not the only one who has experienced the worst customer service / worst attitude ever with this pharmacist.The pharmacist at this location is VERY rude, nasty and should not be dealing with the public since she doesn't know how to be AT LEAST polite.I've called in prescriptions to this pharmacy and they weren't filled.I've called in prescriptions and felt like I was bothering her.She seriously needs to be handled because no one should have to deal with her horrible attitude daily.I feel bad for her co workers. HORRIBLE person to deal with.
