complete mess- reps dont take the time to discuss taxes and double charged the fees !! office manager Cherie completely useless- how can you not know what you charged a customer!!! you would be better off having a 3rd grader handle your taxes- no accountability- this office is crooked !! dont risk it zero help and poor customer service

I felt rushed and didn't receive my tax preparers undivided attention while I was was there. She was there alone so she was answering calls and tending to other people who were in the lobby area. And when I came my appointment was at 1pm, I had to wait until almost 1:30 to be seen.

First off the tax agent was fine. H&R is soon to be phased out. Way too expensive and I only used H&R Block hoping to get an advance. I was not approved and I don’t have bad credit so for me H&R Block is useless for my taxes ever going forward when there are much better and cheaper services, even some being free with guidance. I feel I was mis-sold the product and would never recommend to anyone and in fact I will be advising against it any chance I get. I paid 600 dollars for something very basic. Yes I drive with Uber but that’s as complicated as it gets which is not complicated at all.

Hello my name is Shannon and I have not received my néw card and my money has evaporated from my account. I never even received a call or notice in the mail that H and R block was switching banks. This is highly frustrating because I use my Emerald Card through out the year. EVERY DAY. Plus, I have Bills to pay and I can’t even speak with a representative. This really makes me not want to do my taxes with Hand R block due to this issue. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
