Called before I drove 10 miles, Rose said if she could verify she could cash it, but as soon as I a black woman walks in with a $15k check her attitude changed and she just mumbles "can't help you" .

I visited MBM and the customer service was great! MBM accommodated me with professionalism. I would definitely reccommend this place and will visit again in the future!

This place blasts that they cash checks all over social media but THEY'RE LYING. I have a stimulus check from a couple of months ago that I need to cash but they won't cash it- even though it's valid for a year, because I didn't immediately cash the check. First of all that's discrimination and that's against the law. No one can tell you when you should have cashed a check that was issued to you. I spoke to some rude and non-helpful person named Steve who told me that "most people cash a stimulus check within a couple of weeks." What does that have to do with me? He literally wouldn't cash my check because in his eyes- I should have cashed the check as soon as a got it. He made up a whole scenario in his head about how the check is probably fraudulent. This place is full of false advertising and prejudice in 2020.
