I called this post office today desperately trying to correct an address on a package that had been sent. The merchant I ordered from left off an apt #. I got a lovely gal on the phone who located the package and got the correct information on there for me. I had been phoning everywhere and couldn't get any help! I'm so grateful to her. I don't know her name, but she was awesome!

I wish all of the counter clerks worked like they liked their jobs. They can be nice/nasty with the way they talk to customers. Walking away when you walk to the counter. Ugh!!!!

Too long of lines, they close earlier than suppose to at times. Also, my packages lately be damaged or opened, but found out that it might be due to how the company who I order from sends it... Granted I use to work at the main Post Office in Troy, so I do understand some of the hardship or difficulties that any of the staff might have. I just wish things were different and less stress or problems for us as customers.Think I will change my P O box to the one on Beech Daly Rd in Redford. They have more than one option for service. They stay open to the time they say, late hours and open Sundays, and self service machine for when you don't want to go in line.

I go here nearly every day. Staff is friendly but could use more help during peak times (I try to avoid going at that time.) Since they got their new point-of-sale system, the transaction seems to go faster.

I missed a call, when I returned the call to them, Mrs. Jones knew exactly who I was and which package I was needing her to take a look at to fix my address on. SO HELPFUL!

I want to say service here has always been good. Everyone is nice and helpful. There is usually only one person working a window, so be prepared to wait if it’s busy. I’m giving them two stars, because I’ve had two packages get lost somewhere down the line after shipping from here. I was told they don’t scan when you drop off a package, and I don’t know if that never triggers a scan, but a package was never scanned and delivered a month later. I currently have another package hopefully not lost, but no scan after five days.

Poor leadership. They have very little means of resolve. Consistent issues. Delayed and missing mail on a constant basis coupled with poor nonchalant customer care. They need serious reform or congress should start contracting with a better provider.

The people who works here are either lazy af, rude af or both! They lie claiming they try to deliver packages when they don't and even when you pay extra to get on a certain date , it still would be late because of the people that works in here! They will throw your packages on the porch even when it says delicate or easily shattered. Honestly they give zero f*** for the customers!
