Gorsline Runciman was responsive, kind and respectful of our feelings and desires. They did not make any attempt to pressure us. Over many decades and the loss of friends and family, I have reached out to them. I even had a representative come to a class on death and dying I was teaching at Michigan State about 40 years ago and he explained the services of funeral homes.

Marty, Alisha, Mandy and Adriana, I’m sure I may be missing someone, treated our family with such love and care. We felt as a family that Greg was treated with dignity and respect and we are forever grateful for a beautiful celebration of his life, in the most difficult time of our life.

I would highly recommend this business to take care of the difficult and sometimes stressful task of planning a loved ones funeral.
Everyone was courteous and kind however, there was some miscommunication. Most of it was resolved, and some of it was unable to be resolved.
Again, I would highly recommend this business.
