It's good to have a grocery store in our small town. The prices are higher average so the convenience has its cost. Very disappointed that all of the bottle return machines were not functional 30 before closing. Intentional? I don't know.

I stopped here for the Starbucks and stayed for the baked goods. Some prices are great, other prices are a little high. It's a more upscale grocery store- the kind they usually put in the more well off areas. Great atmosphere!

After reading some of these reviews regarding the pharmacy situation at Family Fare I would kindly recommend Central Pharmacy in Charlotte they deliver for FREE to Eaton Rapids. They have a very knowledgeable caring staff that always goes above and beyond to make sure your experiences are positive and you leave with what you need.

Went to Family Fare this morning 5:35 am(didn't know they opened at 6am and it wasn't posted on the door). Came back at 6am to pick-up a few things. Produce was gross cukes were rotten, green peppers wrinkled and soft, pre-packaged pineapple was already brown and slimey looking and only 3 roasts to choose from. And when I finally pick thru the already rotting groceries I come to the checkout where I was met with extreme sarcasm from Margie the cashier when I mentioned the opening time. She first ignored my comment like I hadn't even spoken then she came back with let me save you some time no one is open till 6am not even Meijers or Walmart. Your employees should not treat customers like we should be grateful to be shopping at Family Fare. Wish we could get another grocery store as the pickings for good fresh food is non-existent as well as the customer service.

Grateful for our hometown store, the sales they have, the coupons (online digital, in-store @ kiosk, & paper mailed) which are Def a help!
Tip: if you forget to use your coupon @ checkout, just take it & your receipt to the service counter (even if days later) & they will honor your coupon 👌
