My sister passed away the end of April 2025. When the funeral arrangements were made, my sister Linda told Mike that I would like to come in before the viewing and do my sisters hair. This was VERY important to me as my sister was very particular about her hair and had her own way of doing it. I saw her do her hair the same way hundreds of times. I called the day of the viewing to let them know when I would be there and was told her hair was already done. I was devastated and began to cry. Jennifer called me back and said I could come in and brush it out and redo it if I wanted to. That’s not the same. No apology, nothing. I agreed to come in and redo it but changed my mind. It’s not the type of style you can brush out. It needs to be done on fresh hair. I called back and Mike answered the phone and I advised I wasnt coming to redo it. The attitude I got was ‘oh well’. Still no apology for throwing our wishes out the window. When I got to the viewing I advised Jennifer that I was upset still and advised I got no apology. She said ‘on behalf of Mike I apologize’. Not the same after I basically asked for it. I talked with Mike several times at the viewing and the day of the funeral. No apology. A simple ‘I’m sorry’ would have made all the difference. This was the one thing I wanted to do for my sister. I felt extremely disrespected and disappointed. I will never use this funeral home again. No empathy, and no regard for my wishes.

My father recently passed and they helped me every step of the way. They were extremely kind during this time. I have never planned a funeral before. The took time with me to help me through the whole process. Thank you Mike, Mike Jr and Mills staff. Thank you for helping me with a beautiful tribute for my father.

Mike, Jennifer, and Michael are the best at this profession. They go above and beyond what is expected. They made this time for myself, and family be as less stressful as could be. Any request was all meant without any hesitations. They were always there whenever we had any questions, and or changes. Mike, Jennifer, and Micheal are so very caring, and never makes you feel less than served. Offering any assistance that they could to make this time in our lives go a little easier. The skills they all have proves they are very top notched in this line of business, and I couldn't ask for anymore. I will be forever grateful to them for all of their expertise work, and care. Thank You to the Mills Family..

We had our daughters funeral there. I will say in the time that was hard for us. Mills chapel made us feel comfortable. Would highly recommend them when in need.

Jennifer and Mike are some of the most loving people and they will always make you feel welcome. They always show compassion and know how to deal with all your needs with there many years of experience. The Mills always keep their home clean and presentable. As you notice when you drive by they always have the best lawn in town. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.
