This apartment complex is a quiet community close to Downtown Fenton. The apartment complex is well maintained. Our landlord is professional. If any repairs are needed our landlord is on it right away. I love calling this my home I recommend anyone to call this apartment complex your home too

well managered place !! place looks great because of Manager here ! worth living here ! pictures inside and out ! Thanks to My manager Chris very hard working man keeping this place up !

We have lived here for about 9 years. At first these apts. Were nothing but noisy drunks and druggies. Then it got worse when a lady took over management. Oh my goodness. Terrible. She was ousted and the orignial manger took it back over. Now its a quiet respectable place.
