Today the gentleman in the pharmacy helped me out BIG time, even at the expense of his own time…I really really appreciated it!

The 24 hour store on 9 Mile had excellent service. I was greeted all through the store. The clerk (gentleman) was very attentive and helpful.

Picked up our scripts and found out I had $3 Extra Care Bucks for my Birthday which was last May! Lol! Better Late than Never! Huh! Lol! Then, I forgot about another $5 in ECB's so these earrings were FREE! LOVELY! especially since a pair that I bought a year ago has started to tarnish! Good day!!

Patients beware! The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. But it gets worse--she actually gives false information. She told me completely untrue things about my medication! Fortunately I followed up with my doctor to confirm the correct info for my healthcare needs. Don't trust her! I will never return here.

I've been shopping at this particular CVS for about 6 years. The manager(s) have(has) always been friendly and helpful. As of Saturday, December 31, 2022, I will no longer shop at this CVS for micro-aggressive behavior the CVS worker(s) have displayed or demonstrated during my shopping experience at this CVS. Let me just note: The eyelash strips that cost about $5.19 have sensors. However, the alcohol that cost well over $5.19 have NO sensors. The scarfs, hats, and gloves that cost well over $5.19 have NO sensors. Toys, greeting cards, office supplies, food, etc. that cost well over $5.19 have no sensors. It looks like items that pose a security threat or high theft products are kept at the register. Yet, these eyelash strips that cost $5.19 are NOT kept behind the register. So, there must not be that much a concern. This CVS is located in a predominantly black/brown area, so it seems CVS is making a hasty generalization about the targeted demographic. Most disturbingly, I asked a CVS worker (who has a lighter skin complexion or could pass for a white human) if he could unlock two eyelash strips for me so I could make a purchase. He was unfriendly and irritated that I asked him to get the eyelash strips, which I believe is one of many job duties. Once he unlocked the sensor from the eyelash strips and with no communication or eye contact, he took the eyelash strips to the register, suggesting that I would steal the eyelash strips that cost $5.19 and forcing me to cash out earlier than expected since I was still shopping and wasn't ready to check out. Yet, I felt forced to pay for my items and leave the property.I'm not sure what store has sensors on an item that cost $5.19. It seems to be only this CVS because I've shopped at others and NEVER seen a sensor on an eyelash strip that cost $5.19.It seems that this particular CVS discriminates against minority shoppers. There needs to be a further investigation because I know I am not the only person of color with these complaints. Also, this CVS is in the heart of the LGBTQ+ community in Michigan. If it's ok for CVS workers at this location to freely discriminate against people of color with no consequences, it's only a matter of time these workers will FREELY discriminate other minority communities.I plan on posting this review to other sites. The owners, shoppers, and community need to be aware of what's going on in this particular store.

Very hit and miss. There is an older pharmacist there who is unprofessional and annoyed with people every time I'm in there. I waited in line twice, around 6pm on a weekday, specifically to see the pharmacist after getting the meds from the technician pick up, in order to discuss possible side effects of a new medicine. Pharmacist told me I should read the package insert (right...) and that I should've talked with my doctor more (umm...okay) and then told me to COME BACK TOMORROW! About the meds I'm supposed to start today! Very strange. I do not recommend getting anything filled here if you don't already have a pharmaceutical degree, because they're apparently not going to talk with you about it.

Dear CVS, I hate you sooo much. Thanks ever so much for refusing to fill my antibiotics when I arrived at the pharmacy at 6. You so kindly told me the registers close at 6 so best of luck elsewhere. Adios CVS. Rite Aid! Mucho gusto!!!

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars, I would. Each and every time I have a prescription filled, the pharmacy acts as if it's the first time. Unhelpful, rude, refuses to take responsibility for their many mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE.

The phaemacy takes no responsibility for their prescription. I had 3 prescriptions called in. I got confirmation the RX was called in but they only had one of the 3 scripts and claimed no responsibility to figure out why they didn’t have 3 to fill. RESCUE inhalers. He’s been without them for days while they continued to send me away. Arthur the Pharmacist put zero effort into finding them. “I just walked in. I wasn’t here. Not me.” Shameful.
