They customer service is leaps and bounds ahead of any other Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Skip the wait and uneducated service elsewhere and go to this store. Ask for Michael or Peter ?

They had a great sale going on. And unfortunately I did not get not a deal that was promised with my package. When I got my first bill. It was a totally different price. I called for the head manager at the store, and he was supposed to get back with me. (I couldn't go under a store cause I currently had Influenza A) And I have a compromised immune system from having a kidney transplant. So I knew my doctors would not let me out of the house for weeks.I never got a response back, I tried to get help but no one cared to call me back, If you decide to go to a store don't..... do it online. They give way better pricing. And they give you a breakdown of what you pay in and you don't get surprised by your bill. Especially if you're on a fixed income.But that's not a problem. Because I believe in karma and with the amount of run around I got.I'm gonna make sure I let everyone know of the business that they conduct there.And I will also file a case with corporate as well. Buyer beware

Michal at this store was so smooth. He helped with my screen protector and case purchase, and even installed the screen protector for me and resealed my iPhone box. This store is warm and welcoming. Shoutout to Michal!

Wife ordered a new phone through Verizon and picked it up here. They wanted to charge $40 to swap the sim card. Replacement phone has an esim, so what was the $40 for?Also, they provided no instructions for trade in return.

Getting good customer service should not be that hard. It took 3 vists for a issue that should have been resolved in the 1st one. Then the rep said that " sometime there is a disconnect in corporate customer service" so you basically said I should go to a corporate store. I would not recommend wasting your time.

Just go to the corporate store....Placed an order through the Verizon store that indicated they had inventory of the iPhone 15 pro 512 GB, while using the trade in off they currently had in place. I proceed to see that the order had been manually cancelled within an hour of placing, as I was expecting a message it was ready.... Decided to show up at the store and see why and was told it was cancelled due to "Pre-orders". As the inventory was allocated already for other customers, (more on this below).Went to another 3rd party store close by, supposedly the sister store. Had a pleasant interaction with them, but also found out they did not have the inventory.Proceed to go to corporate store. Which once again.. they did not have the inventory. At this point an order was attempted with corporate (to be delivered to my house), but this trade in was still indicated from the order at the first Victra store. This inhibited an ability to go through and place an order.The representative at the corporate location was baffled by the fact it allowed me to place an order for pickup at the first 3rd party store (the store this review is about). He indicated that they had the inventory and were lying to me, because these stores make more money on opening up new accounts and lines. Rather than upgrading existing Verizon users. He also noted that many of these (non corporate) stores are very blatantly conducting business in a very sheisty manor.I am still in limbo and cannot place an order through Apple because Verizon seems to think a trade in is still in place.Don't bother going here, just go to the corporate store. Where there is a standard measure of conducting business, and a place that respects your time. Its like going to the car dealership for service versus some questionable backyard mechanic, but in this case you pay the same regardless.I wasted 3 hours of my life, with an issue that still isn't resolved. Apple shows it can't process the trade in still, the only place with physical inventory.
