How you going to show up late then put a back in 10 minutes sign up and be gone for 20+ minutes then just walk ups with your dog at 10.35 like thats the time your supposed to be open i walk up doors still locked no one in sight about to leave when he walks out looking grumpy unhappy to the fact that i just want to pay my dam phonebill do your job

If I could, this would be a zero. I tried to cancel a phone line at the beginning of my month, but this gentleman talked me into not doing it because I still had so much time left. I tried days to get it turned off before the new month but because of computer issues, the weather taking out the power, being closed despite business hours that are posted say open and online as well, and he put the wrong zip code in my account which started this whole issue. I called customer service and verified all the texts he sent to my phone proving I was trying to get the phone off. He also, during our conversation, answered his phone in the middle of a sentence I was saying about my problem. Either way MetroPCS Customer listened to me and proved I was right and this gentleman was convinced I would not get my bill reduced for the money I was owed for the next because he cause she issue from the zip code to talking me into not shutting off the phone when I wanted. Thank MetroPCS Customer Service for doing your due diligence.
