North Flint Food Market

Grocery Stores
Hours: The North Flint Food Market plays a vital role in addressing the food desert that exists in the area. Everyone has the ability to purchase food at the market, however only members will receive certain perks. Residents now have access to healthy foods produced using sustainable agricultural practices. Shoppers can purchase products from organic farms and from small-scale family producers. The store is described as clean, friendly, and well-lit, with a good selection of products and clearly labeled prices. Customers appreciate the helpful and proud staff, as well as the store's contributions to the local community. This cooperative business is seen as an example of Flint pride and a step towards equity and financial stability for the city.
