"It was only ok because though the pizza was good, one of the cooks, for the 2nd time, decided to eat a slice without an invitation! No joke! I took a picture because this happened one other time & when I called the manager said she did not believe that happened. She offered to replace it or give a discount with the next visit (opted for the discount next visit - which I did not get this time btw) but insisted it did not happen. Well, it looked just like this then. I have not touched the inside of this box. This is a disgrace! And who in their right mind would think you can't see pizza missing just because they make sure the number of slices are there. Unbelievable! Perhaps pizza hut needs to pay them more so they can purchase the products themselves instead of tasting ours. Idk. I was offered a discount again. Perhaps one day I'll give them an opportunity to actually do what they said - I won't forget this time. Disgraceful!"
"Wanted to try the $5 sides, were told we could only do that if we bought a pizza at full price. It took almost an hour for our pizza to come out, and the sides never did come. The waitress never returned until she brought the bill (the pizza was brought out by someone else, also). I mentioned not getting the sides, which we no longer wanted to wait for, and asked if she could then change the cost of the pizza, since it was under the premise that we'd get the sides (otherwise, we would have done the 2 medium special!). She said she'd send the manager out, but that never happened either. She finally came out, and was willing to take off the cost of the sides, which was good, since we NEVER got them anyway. That was all they were willing to do. What a disappointing two hours."

"I created an order online for carryout for a future time. However, it didn't give me an option to put in my credit card information online. The story was that my husband was going to pick up the pizza on his way home from work and bring it home since he works near the restaurant. I called the restaurant to ask if they could take the credit card information over the phone, and the girl stated that they have no way to enter credit card information manually! You would think in this day and age, every place with credit card technology would have the ability to manually enter credit card info. I ended up cancelling my order."
