Very rude people work here. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all. If you need life saving medicine, go somewhere else.

I have been treated so rude from one of the persons that work back in the pharmacy on more than one occasion, and really if she hates her job that much maybe she needs to look for a different job where she doesn't have to associate with people. I've had a migraine headaches for 3 days waiting on a script that always has to be ordered every month because it's never in stock also today she wouldn't even look to see if it had come in because she said they were backed up, I checked earlier today to see if it had come in and she said rudely to me "Don't u normally get a call when your medicine comes in?" I'm about to call corporate on her.

The employees are rude and don't seem to have much in stock. Ask an employee where something is and they're just sarcastic. I work for Instacart and I have to have my phone scanned and they act like it's so much work to do that. They act annoyed. Even customers are allowed to be rude to anyone. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm not even gunna waste my time talking to a manager especially if they have employees like this.

One of the worst Rite Aid’s I ever been in I lived in this area for over 40 years. This thing is the ghetto of the ghetto. It has nothing but a bunch of racist colored folks working there that are clearly prejudiced against white people if you knew what was good for you stay far away from this place, theEmployees mistreat their customers have reported about there poorly customer service skills. They’re very very rude, argumentative dirty nasty store. Let’s not forget they give you dirty looks every time you walk in there.

This pharmacy is the worst. There is one specific tech is always super rude. She barely speaks to you but makes sure you feel how much of an irritation it is to have to deal with you at all. If you get her on the phone she hangs up on you. If she hates people and her job this much I hope she gets a different career and fast. She is clearly miserable and wants to make everyone else miserable too.

Beware! I go to this Rite Aid only because I don't drive and it's near my home. Every time I go the employees seem to get ruder and nastier. This time it was the manager: I gathered up my bottle returns; which is what I normally do when I venture out, kinda kill two birds with one stone thing, I had 21 returns. Walked up there, placed my returns in the cart and before I could even walk down the aisle I needed, the manager was counting my returns and pulled out one Sprite can and says "we only take $2.00 worth." I'm stunned, here we go again. (ya see, those employees at that Rite Aid don't know there's an actual written law about returns in Michigan.) And I've read it, I know what it does say and doesn't say. But anyway, he's gonna pull out one .10 can and hand it back to me? Bahaha! I say "$2.00?" "where's your store sign indicating that?" "I don't need a sign!" So I start to walk away and I say "you people are just ridiculous." With that comment he takes my returns and sets them on the floor, and I believe he stomped his foot and pouted his lip and said "I'm not taking any of them!" ???? So I laugh, pick up my returns and head across the street. Laughing to myself, 3 days ago I returned the same amount, 21. That employee didn't say one word about a limit. But this "manager" felt like it was good customer service to hand me back one Sprite can and throw a hissy fit. I will NEVER give them another dime.

Not happy was making a 16 dollar purchase. Lost my job a couple months ago so a little down on my luck. Had quarters to pay for purchase was told by clerk and I'm assuming the manager that I couldn't pay for my item using quarters unless they were rolled. Well for 16 dollars you would only have 1 roll. I felt insulted and embarrested and walked out of the store. Bad business. Also I do not believe this is a policy. As money is money.

I got here shortly before the pharmacy was closing with a sick toddler. The pharmacist who's name was Ada informed me that our prescription wouldn't be ready until morning because of the time. I explained to her my situation and she went ahead and got my sons script ready for me which I very very much appreciated. Not only that she did it with a smile and a great attitude even though I was causing her to stay a bit later. Most pharmacists wouldn't do this so I consider it excellent customer service on her part. This will be my new pharmacy going forward.
