Promised it would be ready next day 3 days later, tomorrow is Sunday and still no phone. One of the many times i called regarding this they had me on hold for over 15 minutes untill i finally hung up. I just wish i wasn't promised the phone or i would have went somewhere else where the phone was in stock.. Unprofessional. 😕"

  • "This is the worst storm I've ever been into for Sprint it sucks cuz it's the only repair center near us. I went in there a few weeks ago on a Sunday to get my phone fixed all they did was rehart set it after I sat there for 4 hours. Phone did the same thing it was doing they ordered a new phone it came in the customer service guy that was helping me look like he had an attitude told me he was transfer my pictures and my contacts the only thing that got transferred was my contacts thank God I backed up my pictures I hope I never have to go back into the store again what an embarrassment for Sprint now the people that work on the phone they seem to be very nice"

I asked if I could return a piece of equipment i purchased as i did not plan on keeping it past a week or two at most. I was told I could return this piece at 30 days instead of 14 days. However at ariving to return it I was promptly told this is wrong, initally it was insinuated that I am lying and then finally that the staff members will be educated to their policy at the next staff meeting. Extremely short with me and did not listen. Would not recommend this store. Make the drive elsewhere that is not as busy."

  • "If I could give this store a negative rating I would ! After ordering a tablet in December 2015 and then not taking delivery of it I was still being charged for the additional Sprint connect line which is basically a land line that was part of the tablet deal. I talked to Martin who at that time was the store manager (who no longer works there) and he assured me that it was being handled and might take some time to resolve because it was Sprint corporate that was causing the delay, but to just try to be patient. After my patience wearing thin I called to see what the status was and was told Martin no longer worked there and I would have to deal with Sprint directly. After calling Sprint and informing them I never saw the tablet, let alone took possession of it but was still being billed for it they started an investigation into the matter and promised me that they would contact me when they had information for me. Well a month passes and still no word from corporate, so I call them, tell them the situation again and they tell me after being on the phone for over an hour that the store sold the tablet that was associated to that line to another customer and was some way double dipping on the whole thing. After asking for Sprint, who I pay my bill to, to reimburse me for the fraudulent charges they told me I had to deal directly with the store I had the issue with. Even though I pointed out I paid Sprint, not the thieves at the store, I was still told that I had to deal with the store. Great customer service Sprint ! This is how they treat a loyal customer of over 14 years with 5 lines. So I called the store and asked to speak with the General manager at which time I was told he wasn't available and if I left a message for him he would return my call. Having never received a return call after a couple of weeks time I went directly to the store and asked for the GM which I was told wasn't in and that they weren't sure when he would be back in the store. After explaining my situation to the associate I was told that the GM was aware of my situation and was looking into it and would be contacting me soon. After NOT being contacted by him I returned to the store and asked for his number directly and was told that they did not have a number for him. After trying to comprehend that a manager was not accessible to the employees by any means other then Email, I was told he would be given a message again and he would be contacting me. Well he has failed to do so. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and telling anyone who will listen that this store is very shady, to put it mildly. Sprint might be within 1 percent of reliability to Verizon but there customer satisfaction is not even close. I will be perusing other cell phone options after Sprint blatantly disregarded a loyal customer for a disreputable store. Can you hear that Sprint ?"
  • "This is the worst Sprint store I have ever been to two weeks ago I spent four and a half hours in there on a Sunday for them just to hard reset my phone period went back there when they ordered my phone the guy that was helping me said he would transfer my pictures and my contacts from my old phone to my new phone he transferred maybe 14 pictures out of a thousand good thing I had him backed up. At this time I waited about 45 minutes to even get help there was three people in there working one person working with one and the other couple people not doing nothing and one was stocking the shelves. I wish they would open a repair Center and the Flint area I do not ever want to go back to that store again"
